The service technician that came to help me with my kitchen sink back up was an excellent and astute, professional. And if this review was based so on what he did, it would be higher. However, this company has pricing practices, which are very difficult to praise. Each technician carries with its flat pricing guide, and I understand that that’s part of the business model. So be prepared to pay an exorbitant amount of money simply because you don’t have the tools that this group has and the consumer are left in a pinch. It is what it is, but I don’t have to like it.

GO 5461 provided excellent service making sure everything that needed to get fixed did and offered clear suggestions on how to prevent further issues.

We had a clogged undergound drainpipe from one of our downspouts. The Roto-Rooter tech explained what he would do, proceeded to clear the pipe, and tested it. It was a pricey one hour's work, but worth doing from our point of view.
