I called David since they’ve come to my house once before and our landlord used them when we rented. I had a silly leaking valve that was the result of turning the water off in the whole house to fix a toilet valve.
I called at 2:30 on a Saturday and sent some pictures by text. David called back and told me how to fix it. No charge, just free advice. Thanks again!

David White was easy to contact and quickly scheduled the replacement of my water heater. His crew (Ron & John) arrived on time and worked together smoothly to complete this work. They were very careful to prevent any damage, and they cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job. I highly recommend them.

Had a leaking pipe and called White's for help and a technician came in two hours. The leak was located and patched. I appreciated the prompt service just before the Thanksgiving holiday--it could have been a disaster.

David White is thoroughly professional. He and his crew come when they say they’re going to come. They do the job perfectly. And, to add icing to the cake they do not overcharge. It wasn’t that long ago when plumbers would charge by the hour. Nowadays, it is nearly impossible to find a plumber, who will work under these circumstances. Most plumbers will come to your house, give you a binding estimate. Which is usually too high. And then you can take it or leave it. This job which David White’s company did for me was bid upon by another company for $2000. David White’s company did it perfectly, and very quickly. Four significantly less than half of that price. I truly couldn’t ask for a better plumber.

A lower level toilet clog flooded the basement and Mr. White and his plumber John arrived the following morning as requested. They solved the issue in 30 minutes with old school knowledge and modern high-tech equipment. Their trucks are also well kept and make a nice appearance, if that matters to you. Highly recommend! UPDATE, 1.5 years later. They have apparently switched to some type of AI scheduling system that is unable to make appointments or follow-up on requests. It's a pity because their service on-site was amazing. But no one wants to fight with a computer to get an appointment made.

Had them install a new water heater in my home. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and came over in a timely manner. They were fairly priced. Ricky and Danny were awesome. They answered all my questions as well. I would definitely recommend David E Whites Plumbing.

David E White came out quickly to diagnosis a water heater problem. Provided me with options and estimates, and promptly answered follow-up questions. After agreeing to the work (new on-demand system) the communication was great, and they showed-up on-time with a full crew to perform the work. They kept me informed and answered questions while they worked. The new system is installed and working great, we love it and I will not hesitate to call them in the future if needed, and/or recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Mr. White is the right man to call. Professional, efficient and experienced. No BS. He shows up and it's time to get the job done. Highly recommend. He took on a potentially large job at my 27yo home that involved having to dig outside to identify a leak in the main line, troubleshoot, repair and was sure to leave the excavation site secure for winter. The service man we had was FANTASTIC! No matter what he was faced at my house and some unexpected issues that caused him to have to leave for parts not on his truck, more than once, …..…he was always whistling while he worked, was very polite, personable, and professional in providing great service, checking everything over one last time before leaving. Smelly hot water? Chances are it's your Anode Rod which sits inside your water heater and need to be replaced every 3 years if your using Annapolis rusty well water...
Using the upgraded electric Anode Rod is preferred for our well water here in Annapolis...

Same day response for a water heater issue. Arrived on site within scheduled time range and within 2 hours of my placing the service request.Representative was prepared and arrived with everything needed to complete the repairs. Communication was top notch start to finish.
