Great service that started with a detailed investigation of pipelines for the root of the cause, and ended with a sucessful fix (by cutting through the ceiling), when the leakage was found. John was patient and knowledgeable. Recommended!

Thank you to David E. White and his team for the work they did to help me with a water leak. I called on the Monday following the recent snow and ice storm. They contacted me to update on status of digging out their work trucks, and when they would be able to get to my home. I do not recall a company doing this in the past. It is usually my calling them to confirm appointments. I appreciated the time Mr. White took to do this.

On the day of service, they asked many questions to see if they could pinpoint the issue. They inspected every possible source, multiple times, to see what could be causing the leak. Our 14 year old gas boiler needed immediate attention with a fast approaching winter storm forecasted for the end of this week. We contacted David yesterday morning. He showed up at our home within a couple of hours and gave us an estimate for repairs to our boiler. David and John arrived at our home this morning and made the requisite repairs to get us back up and running. They inspected the entire system and stayed to ensure everything was functioning properly; they also made sure everything was picked up properly before departing. We are very pleased with the results and we most strongly recommend this company for your heating and plumbing needs! 👍👍

Highly recommend for all plumbing needs. They always pick up their phone, are very timely to respond and do great work for a fair price. You can tell they choose quality products and we appreciated their willingness to fit you us on the schedule quickly to accommodate our needs/timing. They replaced our garbage disposal and water heater. Very satisfied with both.

BG&E replaced battery in my gas meter and then found a leak in pipe going into house. I spoke with David White about the problem. He was able to fit me in the next day, got the parts and had me up and running with heat within a couple hours. Very professional, on time, and not a bad price, considering. Would definitely use them again.

I've used David E White Plumbing twice since moving to the area, they are an excellent company. They work quickly and provide high quality service. We have an older house with lots of little issues that can easily turn into big problems. John was the technician who came out last week to help, he did a fantastic job assessing the problem to repipe our laundry room drains for better flow and we love the result! In my opinion, this company is excellent. My repair man, Rich, came on time and immediately he made me feel comfortable. He fixed the many water breaks caused by the recent freeze. He was extremely personable and he knew his craft. I can’t explain my peace of mind knowing that everything would be fine and it was. The prices were reasonable and I’m one satisfied customer. Mr. David E. White, the owner, was personable and a pleasure to talk to. His answering machine was very interesting too. It has a most fascinating AI tape that takes messages. It was the smartest answering machine I’ve ever left a message on. So yes, I highly recommend this company.

Contacted as a result of referral from a neighbor. Immediately responded within a couple of hours and set up an appointment to appear the next day to deal with a leak that I was addressing. Scheduled time for the next day at 8:30 AM and never showed up. Called three days later to apologize that failure was due to some scheduling error. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I scheduled him to come back to give me an estimate for a bath remodel. He showed up, at the time of this it has been over a week and I was never provided the estimate. I cannot attest to his expertise, but I can attest to his responsiveness and professionalism.

As to the allegation regarding permits (that was never discussed) WE ARE PULLING as we have in the past…

The contractor is price gouging on quotes compared to others. I would recommend three quotes before signing contract. For a 6 hours job, I was being charged over $700.00 per hour . Materials were less than $100.00

Fernando and his crew have been coming out for maintenance snaking of a pipe that is losing its battle against roots. They found the issue in short order, whereas one of the big plumbing companies wanted to tear apart my driveway to look for it...

From beginning to end, a great experience. Fernando texted when the other job was finishing. Was here in 30 minutes. He knew exactly what to do in getting our toilets and sinks taken care of. My dishwasher was backwashing into the sink. He quickly found a drain hose that was completely clogged. Brought the whole system up to code. Reasonable prices and he had all the needed supplies on hand.
