I would have choose 0 stars if I could. Run and never use this company. Bad service never fixed problems and now throwing f bombs at me!

He came in with a bad attitude and he decided that the solution to the problem was to open a hole in our wall. He was rude to us a soon as he saw what we looked like. Unacceptable behavior and completely unprofessional.

Maybe 4.5* in that they aren't very responsive to emails but they communicated with the other company and completed the job. They also came back when we smelled gas, which turned out to be an old valve not shoddy workmanship on their part (we paid separately to fix that but no more leak).

USA Plumbing has been my plumber for almost 19 years. Joe Martinez, the owner, did the original work when I built my house and has been always on hand when I needed help. He is the best!

Today, Joe sent Jason to install a new ejector pump - the original finally died. Jason was polite, professional, courteous and quick and tested the new pump and did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

I highly recommend USA Plumbing - and the pricing is fair as well!

They responded to an emergency call within an hour and sent a very courteous, knowledgeable repair person out for my leak and flooding problem.Bruce worked quickly and efficiently and the bill was reasonable for the amount of work done. I would definitely call them again.

Highly recommend USA Plumbing. They are quick & responsive and don't charge an arm & a leg. Joe fixed several pipes that burst due to freezing. Great company - and even better people!

I had a plumbing emergency at midnight with my sump pump. It was about to overflow and cause a flood. I would have preferred to avoid a late night call, but the situation required a plumber to come quickly.. USA plumbing advertises 24/7 service on their website. I called them at about midnight. Dispatch said their tech would be calling be in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I called back and she apologized and said they'd call in the next 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back again and the dispatch said that it 'is the prerogative of the technician' whether to call back or not.

This is not what they told me the first two times I called. Other than the typical, "I understand how you feel." There was no attempt to remedy or even apologize for the situation.

The next morning the technician (7:00am) FINALLY called me back and seemed oblivious to my complaints or issues and acted like nothing happened and asked for my address to come out. I explained my frustration and anger with the previous evening. His response is that he sometimes just checks them in the morning. I didn't even comment on the audacity to assume he was still coming out to the house.

Look - 24/7, I get it. I respect 'the discretion' of the technician. But instead of saying they WILL call you back (when you have an emergency), saying you'll page the tech and they may not get back to you until the morning would allow someone with an emergency to deal with it before it gets worse. What this feels like is that they want to advertise for 24/7 service, but only of total convenience if they are awake, to do the work.
