We’ve had RE Robertson do several things at our house for plumbing/water related issues. The latest was an emergency situation. They are always professional, reliable and have never been over priced in my opinion. We would never call another plumbing company and would highly them to anyone needing a plumbing company.

Our sump pump stopped working and we had a flood in our basement. Called RE Robertson and they got right on it. Jake the tech was great to work with efficient and when the work was complete reviewed everything he did with us. We highly recommend them for both heating and plumbing needs

I'm very happy with the service I received from RE Robertson. When I called to set up the appointment the women on the phone was very nice and efficient. I've called there twice and both time the phone was answered after one or two rings by a very nice person.
When Marcus came out to service my air conditioner he was professional and thorough.He figured out what was wrong, got my AC unit working in good order again and explained everything to me. I would absolutely recommend this company for your HVAC service needs.

Waking up in a cold house on the Sunday before Christmas isn’t exactly fun but RE Robertson’s response time and service certainly made things better for us. After calling four companies who either weren’t available or didn’t reply, RE Robertson’s after-hours phone service answered quickly and a technician called us back in 10 minutes and was at our house in another 20. He also very clearly explained the after-hours fees so there would be no surprises. The issue was quickly resolved and while the gentleman was at our house, he went ahead and thoroughly tested the system. This is the second time we’ve used them and have found them to be super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Thank you, RE Robertson!

So happy to find a fantastic local plumbing company. I called several places for quotes for toilet and faucet installation and RE Robertson by far had the best customer service and responsiveness. Tracy was so helpful even with multiple schedule changes on our end. On the day of, the two plumbers were very respectful of COVID protocol, professional, on time, and did a great job. The whole project took less time and money than we expected.

Our furnace was intermittently not working. It always worked when the tech came out. Robertson stayed with it and eventually when the service manager came out, he saw it fail. Furnace needed a new gas valve. Good service, reasonable rates.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and even have a service contract with this company for our A/C. Recently, we experienced a backflow flood in our basement in an area they had repaired just last November. After shutting off our water the night before, I called the company right at 8 AM when they opened. They assured me I was the second person in line for service, and I’d know by 11 AM when to expect them.

However, despite following up twice, I wasn’t informed until 1 PM that they weren’t sure if they could make it out at all. Given the emergency situation and the fact that we had no water, they should have advised me earlier to contact another company. Ultimately, I did just that, and the other plumber arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the issue in 15 minutes.
I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of urgency and communication. After two decades of loyalty, I expected better service, especially in an emergency.

R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating, Inc. provided excellent overall service. The Customer Service in scheduling the service appointment was excellent and the two service technicians were very professional and provided outstanding work to quickly diagnose the problems causing my plumbing issues and fix them. Also, the prices to perform the repairs were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I was so happy to call this company. I was having hot water heater issues. They were one of the few plumbing companies to answer the phone and schedule a tech the same day. They arrived at 11am and informed me of the few options I had to attempt to repair the hot water heater. Instead, they were able to get a new hot water heater installed that afternoon. The quality of work was great and they were very professional and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

We have used R.E. Robertson for both plumbing and heating services. They continue to deliver efficient, reliable service at an incredibly reasonable price point. It feels so good to have a trusted name to call when something at the house goes wrong. I would highly recommend using their services, from ease of interaction with scheduling to prompt techs coming to the house, they have proven to be an outlier in the industry. Special shout out to Kyle, who has been a saint with the HVAC.

Roderick and Jon came right on time... quickly solved my garbage disposal problem .. but then asked if there was anything else they could do since they were here.. went out of their way to check out some plumbing questions I had and give me some good advice. Great service!

Jon C and Jacob did a fantastic job today. Linda in the office was a pleasure to talk with for scheduling. Same day service at my place of business for a backed up plumbing issue. Really is some old school service with a smile and at a reasonable price.

Keith and JT came to my house just a few hours after I called to make the appointment. They spent time troubleshooting my issue. And through their efforts, we discovered the source and they quickly and efficiently solved the problem. I’m very grateful.
