USA Plumbing has provided reliable and trusted service for many years, both in our own home and for our rental home. Joe is very competent and friendly and since he is licensed for plumbing and to work on our natural gas appliances he has always been able to get the whole job done.

Neighbor asked for a referral but I would not use again but did complete the job overall within the time frame despite damages and 10% over estimate.

Communication - overall good communication except at the end with no follow up.

Damages - mentioned the scraped up stairwell rail and no apology or effort the rectify. I did even ask for paint they had to fix it but never rcvd follow up or a call.

Price- price was good and comparable but it increased by 10% and I was not shown the issues that would have caused this higher price despite that I was onsite all but 3 hrs. 1100 sq foot house 4900 with additional costs.

Timely - arrived with four guys. I asked them to wear botties to not track anything on my white carpet and provided booties. It was not honored and something was spilled in the Master.

Upstanding professional company. Jose came to our home on a short notice repair. On time, respectful, and thorough. He went the extra length to explain how the issue happened and what to look for in the future to help prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

USA was referred to me by a friend i called without doing any further follow up. I was a little concerned, that I had not researched the company but it was a great experience. The plumber showed up on time was fast efficient and when he left if not for the cut drywall to reach the pipe you would not have known he was there. I can now highly recommend USA Plumbing myself

So far so good. We had our whole house replumbed. I liked that the quote included details by room. Joe forewarned us that many holes would be made in the drywall to reach covered pipes. All the work was completed within a day, which minimized disruption since we work from home lately. Now we just need to make our house not so holy. :)

Not satisfied. They did not fix the problem that they said they had fixed. They charged a lot of money and then they wanted to double charge for the same job. They were rude and aggressive with my wife in my house when I wasn't home. I formed the impression that they are bullies and scammers and not competent plumbers.

I've been using USA Plumbing for several years at my residence and at a multi-unit rental property that I manage. Joe always responds promptly. He's good at explaining the problem at hand, giving me repair options, as well as advice on how to prevent future problems. I've been very happy with the service received. Response time is excellent. Quality of repair is excellent and cost is quite reasonable.

I needed a water heater replaced and they were prompt and had great customer service. I called yesterday at about 5pm and by 1pm today it is installed and completely good to go. They are very upfront and the type of company you want to work with because you know they are looking to do quality work at a fair price. During the install I was asking questions about general plumbing and he was more than happy to answer and how they could assist or what to look for. That type of service is what you want when dealing with these stressful issues. Thank you for everything and I will be using you again!

Excellent company. Great service.Called them because we had a leaking water pressure valve. We weren't sure they would be able to easily find a replacement part due to the age of house and old plumbing system. They worked with me on the phone to get the Manufacturer and Model number. They reassured me it would not be a problem and not to worry. They came out and replaced the part right away. Their employee was courteous and efficient. He brought everything he needed so there was no down time. He explained what he was doing and why as he worked. He patiently answered all my questions. The cost was below what two other companies had estimated. Would highly recommend them.

Our HVAC went down and we had no heat. Robertson inspected, provided a proposal, ordered the unit, and installed it in a shorter timeframe than anticipated. They did a great job! It was such a relief to my family to have heat in the house last night with temps in the 30s! This firm is my go-to going forward. Great job!

Had a plugged disposal and drain, called a major plumbing company. They came without proper equipment - did some work, but couldn't complete job. Called Robertson Plumbing and explained situation. They were at my door within 45 minutes and fixed the problem to Include a leak that was not there before the major company tried to "fix" my problem. I was very pleased with their work.

I made the mistake of calling a task rabbit to fix a broken spigot. instead of fixing it, the guy broke my water pipe. 🤯

I live close to Robertson, so i’d seen the trucks around. The operator picked right up and said a crew would be in touch within the hour. it actually happened.

Roderick and TJ figured out a way to fix a pipe in a totally inaccessible area with only minimal damage to the wall. Rodrick contorted himself to fit a space in the wall i didn’t think my five year old would fit in.

They fixed the issue in a few hours and were so darn pleasant about it. they even took the time to explain what they were doing and what kind of gas their truck used to my kiddo.

So glad i called them!

We used RE Robertson to do a full rip out and install new plumbing, gas and sewer lines for our home we are remodeling in Severna Park. We are very pleased with their quality of work and thorough professionalism from Phil who priced and managed the job for us from start to finish, and Bobby, their lead installer and his apprentices. R E Robertson has been our go-to for plumbing issues for the past decade. Needless to say we continue to call on the company because of their expertise in the field and the professionalism and responsiveness of the entire staff. Their claim is true that no job is too big or too small.

Jake and his team did a great job installing a 50 gallon electric water heater and a well tank. Highly recommend would definitely use them again for my Heating and Plumbing needs Five Star

I was recommended to R E Robertson by my realtor, unfortunately my home was outside of their geographical service range. Phil was nice enough to take a look at our home inspection and give us an idea of priority level, price range and general advice for our plumbing needs. He was so responsive and did all of this knowing he wouldn’t be able to provide us his services. As first time home owners that means a lot and shows how much they care. Phil was able to notice something on our inspection that we didn’t realize was a higher priority than we initially thought. He gave us a great recommendation for our chimney needs here in Baltimore. If we ever move to Anne Arundel County, Phill will be our first and only phone call for any plumbing and heating needs. Thank you again Phil for being so kind!

My home was in need of replacing 2 units, our second heat pump was beyond repair and could not be saved, our first fIoor heat pump was 15 years old and had been brought back to life numerous times and it was time to say goodbye. The folks from R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating came right out, disconnected both systems and installed a new heat pump for our second floor unit and a new gas furnace and A/C for our first floor all in the same day. While it was not inexpensive, they were more than competitive and their workers did a fantastic job (thanks Randy!). All work was done on time and with the greatest of care.

It really doesn't get any better than this company. Everyone I've met at R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating has been super nice and very knowledgeable. They really think about the customer's needs. And they stand by their work. If something’s not right, just let them know and they will work with you until you are perfectly happy. They prioritize your schedule and do their best to accommodate.

Kyle fixed our heat pump and provided excellent service.

Overall service was fine, and the folks that came out were very nice and professional.

However, I was bit shocked at the price. We’ve been at our current location (townhome) for 5-6 years and have never had a plumber/company charge us more than $90-120 for Annual Backflow Prevention Testing…RE Roberston charged us $250. We will likely go with our HOA community recommendation next year as the one who completed most testing in our area was offering it for $90 this year.
