I’ve used Jenkins plumbing a number of times ..always professional great work,very ethical .. I flushed an up stairs toilet one morning and found my kitchen sink filling up with water.. he diagnosed the problem,found out the pipes were improperly installed at the original construction time.. not only fixed the problem but replumbed the pipes so they all drain into the main line like they should have originally.. and the price was very good .. I won’t call anyone else.. I’m a happy customer.

My first experience with WE Jenkins was a 30 minute phone conversation in which he listened to my problem and had me check certain things and then gave me an estimate on the time it would take as well as the cost involved. He then brought that job in well under his 'free estimate'! We have used him exclusively for 9 years and have recommended him to everyone.

I called to have them fix a leak at my son's house. I'm trying to help out because my son did not feel comfortable making the call because I know more about plumbing and home repair than he does. I am in North Carolina. The man that answered the phone wanted to know why my son wasn't calling him since he would be dealing with him. I tried to explain the situation to him and he got extremely rude. He couldn't understand why I would be calling and not my son. He cut me off and said that he didn't want to do the job and was only working with existing customers. How does a plumber do that when they are called to fix issues?! This was the most unprofessional encounter I have had in a long time. So much for helping out those in need.

Mr. Jenkins arrived on time and repaired the leak in my bathroom very quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly, explained everything he was doing, and charged a fair price. I will definitely be using him in the future.

I remember Bill (Owner WE Jenkins Plumbing Service) from the 90's when he worked for another larger plumbing company in AA county. Since 2005, he has been my "go to" plumber and I have never looked back. He has saved me (and my family) a lot of money, grief and trouble by being on target with pricing usually during the phone consult and by always getting us an appointment in a timely fashion. I recommend Bill to everyone.

Bill couldn't have been nicer or more responsible when it came to fixing a handful of minor problems. I feel another plumber could have come in and made things way more complicated than the simple fixes Bill sought to make in order to keep things running along. It is so rare to find someone you can trust, and I definitely feel that way about Bill! Highly recommend!

Mr. Jenkins has responded twice to urgent calls to my home, each time with courtesy, professionalism and skill. He has years of experience, is flexible in generating possible solutions and has been mindful of expense in each encounter. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

Bill is a one man show, he runs everything from the books to the service calls. I had a main shutoff valve that would not fully turn off the water. He managed to remove the leaking one and replace it with a ball valve that hid behind an access panel. Very good design that will be hidden away until needed, then its just a quick pull of the panel and turn the water valve off. He also worked on two leaking showers where the valve cartridge wore out after 35 years of service. I had him even change all the exterior hose bibs on the house. His prices are quite reasonable, there was no major markup on the parts and his labor rate was very fair. I have a major plumbing project coming up next year and I plan on having Bill back out.

First time using Bill’s company. Very pleased with the work replacing kitchen faucet & supply valves.
He was recommended by a neighbor who also was pleased with his work.
Punctual - estimate was right on the money - work completed & cleaned up efficiently.

I mr Jenkins truck and asked about his rates for a shower head replacement because we found out after moving ours were defective and we couldn’t remove it.

He kindly offered to take a look, then removed the shower, and changed the connector pipe at NO COST!

He shown the kind of professionalism and kindness we rarely see nowadays. If I have any other plumbing needs I won’t hesitate to call him.

I’ve been using Bill for over 20 years now. Everything from a large renovation project to fixing a broken faucet. He has always been very responsive and has done excellent work. He is a Master Plumber with over 30 years of experience - and he takes pride in his work and always makes sure it’s done right. His prices are also very reasonable - and he does all the work. He does not send over junior inexperienced people. I think it is rare these days to find a plumber like Bill.

I had a toilet clog that I couldn’t clear on my own. Setting up the appointment was simple. Jerry Guccione was prompt calling me ahead of his arrival. He was polite and very professional. After gathering the information he needed to make an assessment, he provided the cost first before getting to work. I am thankful he was able to clear the clog at the lowest cost option. Jerry was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was, how much time it would take, and the total cost. He was was able to apply a coupon which was so helpful for someone on a retirement budget. The plumbing issue was a leaky toilet which Jerry diagnosed quickly. As with most leaky toilets (at least in my experience) there were a few snafus. Jerry handled all problems and curve balls without a problem. And he even maintained his pleasant and friendly demeanor! Thank you, Jerry. You went above and beyond to make a stressful situation manageable and affordable.
