We have a well and an issue with low water pressure and sediment. From the moment I called Ben Franklin, they were helpful and professional. Jerry came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and completed the work. Excellent customer service, highly professional and competent. Reasonable cost. Definitely going to call Ben Franklin for all of my plumbing needs! Very thankful and grateful for Jerry and Ben Franklin!

Jerry Guccione was professional, clear, polite, and efficient. I needed a leak fixed in my living room ceiling that I did not know the source of. Jerry arrived when he said he would within the window given by Ben Franklin Plumbing, listened to everything I had to tell him, went through several steps to identify the source of the leak, and fixed it in less than 90 minutes without leaving any mess. When something needed to be done that would change the price, he informed me before beginning the work. Can't ask much more than that from any technician.

Jerry did a great job explaining what the issue was he found with my tankless water heater. He also advised the importance of the yearly maintenance and gave me a detailed explanation of what he was fixing. I was thoroughly happy with Jerry’s work and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Jerry and Ben Franklin Plumbing really came through for us today. We found a water leak in our basement ceiling last night. I couldn't find the source. Jerry came in, promptly found it (a hose from a refrigerator, dripping onto an HVAC duct), and repaired it. We were very fortunate to have his diagnostic skills for finding the leak. The water had traveled nearly 10 feet down the air duct before it started dripping on the ceiling, so definitely wasn't obvious.

This plumbing company was fantastic in responding to my inquiry. I had an emergency leak, and the service tech, Jerry, came within the hour. I was curious about how the leak occurred, and Jerry was kind enough to educate me and let me watch him work while explaining his process. Awesome service

We had an issue with our tankless hot water heater. I had previously had another plumber out to look at it but they were not able to diagnose the problem. I looked on the Noritz website and they said Benjamin Franklin has been working with their line of water heaters for 15 years. The next day Jerry came to the house and was able to find the issue and fix it on the spot. Fairly priced and professional. Would definitely recommend.
