I want to share my honest review about my experience with Catons plumbing. I had an emergency situation during the with my kitchen faucet. I went to home depot and spoke with 3 different people and they all gave me the wrong measurements. I called couple stores and the ones that were open, couldn't help me. Saturday after work I called Catons, I felt that I was out of operation. The first person I talked to was Deborah, she was able to schedule me for the same afternoon. She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Then I got a call back from a young lady to confirm my appointment. When the technician arrived he introduced himself before walking into my house. Very polite and professional. I was told in advance that I was not getting charged unless if he did anything with my kitchen sink. Zane was very professional and called his supervisor and they found out the right measurements to my water line under the kitchen faucet. I wasn't charged for anything. I was able to find my kitchen faucet at Lowe's and my son was able to replace it himself, thanks to Zane and his supervisor. It was a blessing sent from God. May God bless them all. I praise the Lord

We had a wonderful experience today! Our technician was so kind and helpful identifying our issue and draining days’ old water from our washing machine so that we could replace as soon as possible. Moya was exceptional and fixed our issue so quickly. He came out within the hour after the initial and quickly went to work to repair the slow draining of the our laundry stack. He cleared the lines and we are so happy with his service and Catons plumbing. Will definitely ask for Moya again on our next plumbing issue.

Timely. Professional. Reliable. Cantons Plumbing sent someone out to my home first thing in the morning with an hour’s notice and it was appreciated. Tyler, the plumber than came was polite enough to call before approaching my door to make sure I was ready for him. They worked efficiently and communicated well. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

My Technician was thorough, clean and friendly. He made sure everything was working properly before he left and cleaned up after himself. He offered a bigger discount than the coupon I presented and overall I am happy with the service. Their prices are not cheap, but when I need them, Catons is always available.

Mr. Mobuary was very knowledgeable and polite. Every company should have an exceptional employee like him. He took his time and explained everything so we knew what to expect.

Kevontay and Christian came to our home and they were very thorough and explained everything we asked about the issue. They did their inspection and found no immediate issues but recommended solutions and possible causes to our clogged sewer line. They both were very professional the whole time and couldn’t have ask a better team to inspect our issue.
