Robert and Logan were great! They installed a new state-of-the-art hot water heater and a utility tub. Robert explained everything and provided troubleshooting suggestions for a flawless plumbing experience. We are very happy with WL Staton for providing us with an expert in his field. They will be our first choice in plumbing and HVAC needs! Review #2: Robert came back today to install a new pressure tank. He was (again) professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I cannot be more thankful. Chip, Carl and George battled bitter cold, snow, ice and a very stubborn condenser that was frozen solid to the pad to install a new HVAC system in our house to ensure we had heat with the incoming deep freeze. All options to remove the condenser were utilized. The team were respectful and accommodating throughout the ordeal and kept a good sense of humor even during moving the new unit into place through the uncertain footing. Carl walked me through the unit’s operation and made sure I was pleased with everything before leaving for his next call.

Robert was my plumber. Came out right at the time he said he would. Did a great job helping me with my broken sump pump. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Staton to other homeowners.

Our tub faucet was leaking pretty badly, so we called a few plumbers. The first company that came out quoted us an extremely high price. Staton Plumbing (Joe) came out and quoted us nearly half of that. Joe was awesome, not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and even showed me how I could handle it myself in the future if needed. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. I will definitely use Staton again.

Jason came out and diagnosed our water issue and got us back up and running. He was knowledgeable and professional even after he got stuck in the ice in my driveway. All he cared about was that my kids were able to take a bath again. Highly recommend Jason, great example of the type of people that make a business worth coming back to.

Was hearing a noise in the bathroom wall and then saw water dripping. Also, could not turn the main water valve off, so of course I wanted to get someone asap. When I called Staton they were able to send someone out immediately. Matt came and he knew exactly what was wrong. I also asked about making it easier to turn the main water off. He gave us different options. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Very pleased with the work and will be calling them for any plumbing issues or needs. One of the things I am big on is the customer service received and Staton was top notch.

It was okay. He handled my issue and recommended some things, but they are quite expensive. I’m considering switching to BGE Home primarily because of the price. BGE home has a service plan, that reduces out-of-pocket expenses, which is a significant factor for me right now. My overall financial situation is a bit tight, so I’m weighing my options carefully. They handled the issue promptly and resolved it the next day.

Stiven was lovely to talk to and efficient. He clearly explained observations made furring my hvac check up. It was convenient and I didn’t have to wait all day.

I just moved to the area and I always make sure I have reliable plumber so I did some research and got 3 quotes and Staton Heating was far the best. My first call was a water filtration system and they sent out Mike. He was awesome. He told me the same things the others did but went into more detail. I joined their membership plan because you always need a plumber and I have peace of mind with Staton.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional and personable. He took the time to point out areas of our home that needed some upgrades to our pipes and water softener. Would gladly have him back.

Had a main drain backup the day before the snowstorm. Got an immediate response. Communication was excellent. Matt Kramer is an outstanding diagnostician, knowledgeable, professional and thorough and did an incredible job identifying the issue and fixing the problem.

Sam was outstanding and handled all my plumbing needs! He took the time to make sure the job was done right and didn’t rush a single step. He went through all the plumbing in my home, explained what to look out for, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before he left. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole visit. Truly just a nice and genuine guy. Highly recommend Sam for anyone needing quality, trustworthy service!

Jason did a great job. He quickly realized that the sink that was clogged was not the best way to snake out the problem. So he snaked it from the bathroom sink which was immediately behind the kitchen. The clog got cleared and when they were finished they cleaned up and when they left it was as if they were not there. I would definitely use Stanton again.

We had staton out today they were one of the most professional and courteous HVAC companies I ever had the pleasure of working with they did an outstanding job. Steve and Stevie were the tech. That came out both We’re outstanding I would highly recommend them to friends and family and definitely will call them in the future. If I have any problems plus I signed up for them to come out and keep my HVAC Clean and running smooth

Jason was extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. He gave me all the details and estimates I needed to make an informed decision about the work I wanted to have done. He was also very kind and patient with my son who spent a good chunk of time asking him questions and telling him his life story. The communication prior to Jason’s arrival was also excellent and all the customer service reps I spoke to were very helpful and friendly.

I got estimates for multiple plumbing jobs, but only had Jason disconnect my oven and cap the gas line on this occasion. That job cost $488 and I will say that when I checked the prices later for how much that job typically costs, this amount was high, which is why I took off a star. Overall, I’d give service 5 stars, cost 3-4 stars.
