Josh and the rest of the Staton team were fantastic to work with and would highly recommend. They were able to replace my water heater before a major snow storm and stayed late to make sure they got the job done right. 10/10

Edit 1/29 : Another issue and another great experience with Staton. Stephen came in to unclog my bathtub and was fantastic. They came when streets were still covered in snow, service was fast and affordable, and Stephen walked me through the problem and potential solutions. Problem solved! Highly recommend!

Josh was so thorough in diagnosing and fixing our plumbing issue. We’d recommend Staton services to anyone with a plumbing problem. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Jason came at 6, we had an insanely hard to remove shower cartridge that was leaking. It broke inside the pipe and he manually picked the pieces out. Jason stayed HOURS making sure it was fixed. He went above and beyond and didn't charge us above the estimate. We are very grateful.

Another excellent experience! Andrew came to do an HVAC inspection at my dad's house as part of the Comfort Care program. Calli and Brandon from the office were awesome in confirming the appointment and letting us know when Andrew was nearby. Andrew and his supervisor Jesse arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. After the inspection, Andrew explained what he found and presented us with a quote for the recommended work. He performed the work in a timely manner and checked things before he left. Highly recommend!

We called the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they were here at 1:30. Steven did a thorough job looking at our system. We were most impressed with his review of what he did (which included pictures). He was super clear and flagged future needs without pushing immediate service. Professional and nice. This was our first time calling Staton and we have now joined as a member! Very impressed!

This was an awesome experience from start to finish. I needed a new HVAC system and called Staton on a Sunday. They sent out a technician that morning and we determined I needed a new system. I wasn’t charged any extra for the weekend callout. The sales rep came that afternoon and after going over all the options and pricing, I decided to go with. Bosch Hybrid system. They installed the system today (Wednesday). I can’t say enough about the installation team. Rodney Porter was incredibly professional and kept me updated on the progress. When they installation was done he stepped me through the entire system to include operation of the new thermostat. This was by far the best experience I’ve had from any company in a very long time. You will not go wrong using their service

UPDATE 12/12/25 - Rodney P. just finished installing a new humidifier for us. I can't say enough about how efficient, professional and personable he is. The end product/result was very clean and professional. We can already feel the difference with how comfortable the indoor air feels. We are very grateful for Rodney and the entire Staton team for all that they do and have done for us over the years. Highly recommend their services for long term success.

Tim C. did an excellent job servicing our heat pumps in both a thorough and detailed manner. He had a very positive and friendly attitude. Furthermore he was honest about the performance and cleanliness of the equipment (which were both "excellent" - stemming from the original installation and regular servicing they have performed). Highly recommend Staton for their upfront communication about appointments (always on time, easy scheduling), high-quality services and top-notch technicians that seem to really like the company they work for and services they provide to customers. They are definitely not "salesmen" in nature (no upselling, only what is needed) and genuinely want to help keep your systems performing optimally.

The technician Andrew is a very nice. He did a good job. Thank you so much.its expensive but there is 12 inches of snow ice outside and no heat in my house. And he literally came in and fixed it change the part , and he being very honest , Professional I would say it worth it. Thank you again, happy customer😊

We were very pleased with the service Steve provided when our unit stopped working. He arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Once again, the Staton team delivered an A+ experience when we needed HVAC service and repairs. Highly recommend!

Had issues with well and pump system. Called several companies that advertise 'call day or night' for immediate service. Not one answered the phone. Finally found Staton. Although not able to come immediately they did promise service early the next day. The tech (Joe) was at my door very early. I explained to him the issues I was having. He gave it some thought and proposed some solutions. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and why. Within about three hours we had our water back, and everything was running better than ever. Thank you, Joe and Mr. Logan. I don't normally recommend businesses, but I will recommend Staton. Outstanding service!

Jason stayed late to make sure our severely seized shower cartridge got replaced and we had our water running again. Things got a little hairy due to how immovably stuck the cartridge was, including him having to go purchase a new cartridge puller to make sure the job could get done. Very thankful for how committed he was to helping us and that we didn’t end up losing water for days.

My technician, Robert Moyer, was fantastic, very personable and professional. I truly appreciated his honesty; he gave me clear advice on the repair and I felt I could truly trust his opinion. He was incredibly efficient and thorough with his work, and it was clear he wasn't going to leave until I was satisfied that everything was perfect. I highly recommend Rob and Staton!

Patrick Dalton was our technician from Staton, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his service. He was extremely professional, respectful, and well-mannered throughout the entire visit. Patrick worked diligently, explained things clearly, and was very polite and courteous at all times. His workmanship was excellent, and it was clear he takes pride in doing his job right. We truly appreciated his professionalism and would gladly request him again.

I’ve worked with Staton twice and they’re great! Every plumber I’ve met has been very kind and professional, they always explain what they’re doing and why. Sam did a great job replacing my water heater recently, and I’ve worked with Steven and Jarrell in the past as well. I also really like that they send a picture and bio of the plumber that’ll be doing the work that day. I’d say they’re a little on the pricey side, but they were flexible in allowing us to buy our own equipment for them to install, and give a clear cost breakdown.

We currently have a gas leak and were informed by Washington gas that it was on our side. Staton was able to make an appointment for the next morning and Stephen came out to evaluate for the repair. Was right on time and I showed him where the leak was determined to be from the Washington gas personnel and then I asked him if he could evaluate the entire line because if we were going to do this work then I'd like for the entire indoor line to be evaluated for repairs. He went to turn the gas back on to evaluate for leaks and used a solution to determine that the leaks were actually coming from the gas meter. Even with that information he still did the entire inside line twice to determine if there were also leaks inside our home.
In the meantime I was on the phone with the Washington gas getting them to return and the technician redid the outside meter for me so that I could take pictures showing evidence of the leak.
On top of that he said he spoke to his manager and was not going to charge me for the evaluation which I was fully expecting to pay for because they came out and did their job it wasn't their fault that Washington gas was incorrect in their original evaluation.
I'm not even a returning customer this was a new customer experience because the HVAC company that we normally use told me it would be a week until they could get somebody out to assess which is unrealistic for a gas leak and your gas is turned off in the middle of winter with two babies at home meaning no heat and no hot water.
At this time I don't have any resolution for the gas leak because I'm waiting on Washington gas but I'm incredibly impressed with their responsiveness and how diligent they were in their process. They easily could have come in said oh that's where Washington gas said the leak was great it's going to be $2,500 to repair this inside line. Not only did they not do that but they also did their due diligence to diagnose the leak correctly which is ultimately going to keep my family safe.
The technician Stephen was also really nice guy. He did not blow off my concerns and /or my suggestions/questions and showed me what was going on instead of just rambling off with details. I appreciate expertise but I also need to know what it means in layman's terms as a homeowner. And I don't always have that experience when dealing with home repairs.

Steven was absolutely, awesome! He explained the plumbing service that he was providing in detail and he gave us other good information about maintaining our plumbing throughout the year. Steven was also clear and upfront about the cost of the service. The experience with him was great! We will definitely request to use him again.

Staton’s process for the installation of a mini-split system was first-rate from the initial consultation with their mini-split expert (Vinny) and Will Staton through installation. The installation was scheduled for 2 days after placing the order! A very special callout to Justin the lead tech for the installation. The installation was expertly completed with great attention to detail. Justin is very personable and extremely engaging. He strives for the customer to be happy. The installation resulted in a happy customer and a clean house.

Great fast service, very pro install. My water heater was leaking from the bottom,. I called at 9am and had a new heater installed before 3pm. Paid a bit more for the emergency repair- well worth my piece of mind. Highly recommend!!

I’m a little late in posting this, but Staton sent their tech Jason B. out to my house about 2 weeks ago for an ongoing issue with a toilet. Jason was amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! The issue with the toilet ended up being more complicated and taking more time than anticipated and despite us being his last call of the day he took his time and had such a happy demeanor. He also was very considerate of ensuring the floors in the bathroom and leading to the bathroom were protected and that he didn’t leave any messes behind.

We had a great experience with Staton. Communication from initial contact was excellent. The service technician Josh B. was very professional and friendly. We were able to get a quote and the services completed all in the same day. Definitely recommend.
