I needed an inspection for my insurance company. After several plumbers ignored my calls, JP plumbing scheduled and did the inspection within a week. Very happy with their service!

Had a drainage backup Sunday night in the sewer line under our basement. Jim from JP plumbing was at my home by lunch time the following day. Very professional and had everything fixed quickly. Highly recommend!

Repaired two very difficult Kohler one piece toilets. I ordered the parts from Kohler and JP Plumbing installed them. They did a great job and JP Plumbing is now the only plumber I will use.

They got back to me immediately and had a plumber to my home within an hour. The plumber Jim was professional, nice, and worked very quickly. He answered all my questions and even gave me a few recommendations for maintenance and future work.

Tried to remove a bad cartridge in my shower. However, this was an older model and the cartridge didn't come out. I broke the pipe. (D'oh )Called Jp (and 7 other companies) on a rainy Friday. They were the only company who could come same day. They were here within the hour and re-installed new pipes and did so with minimal damage. My other plumber didn't even return my call.

Very fast, friendly service! Took care of my broken water heater very quickly, and suggested and installed a drain that will prevent any future overflows. This was the first time I needed a plumber at my house, and they will definitely be my go-to company! Highly recommend!

Several of our neighbors had their basements flooded last year, so we reached out to JP Plumbing to get a backup sump pump. Based upon what they saw, they recommended a pump jet that requires no power (and no heart attacks when the battery is dead!) and installed it perfectly. We have since used them to replace our water heater and add outdoor faucets. They are the absolute BEST!

Great Service -- Replaced well pump arrived when promised and had the pump working. We both agreed that the pump was very old and dying. He had a new one in within hours. Also added a check valve at the pump and showed me where things were located. I now have much better water pressure and a pump that should last another 30 years. I would highly recommend them for any type of plumbing work.

Overall great experience from making the appointment to the communication prior to arrival to the work itself. Josh and Jeff were very professional throughout the entire job. We needed to have our water heater drained, cleaned, and refilled. Highly recommend JP Plumbing.

Jim from JP Plumbing is great to work with. He responded to my call very quickly and was able to come out the next day to fix our problem. He is friendly and professional and we’ll use JP Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs!

Friendly staff, put charged like $85 just for coming out, and to “fix” our problem just ended up unplugging the sensor to use our touchless faucet (thereby making eliminating the selling feature of the faucet) and then charged another $100 for that. He was here a total of maybe 20 minutes, we paid $185, and the key feature of our faucet is now gone… not a great experience.

I would recommend JP plumbing to all. I needed someone to come out as soon as possible and they were at my door within the hour. They gave excellent service and I love that they are a locally owned small business. If anyone ever needs a plumber I will recommend JP Plumbing!!!! 5 Stars!!!

Had a plumber tell me I needed a shut-off valve for my outdoor hose spigot. I then called JP Plumbing and he showed me that I already had one. He then gave me a fair price for the work that I needed and did it on the spot. He had all the parts and materials with him. He then gave me advice on two other plumbing needs. He has 35 years experience and it shows. He will get all of my plumbing work.

I called 3 plumbing services this morning and JP Plumbing was the fastest to respond. You realize very quickly how important water is when your well pump and pressure tank stop working! JP was not only quick to respond but they were also courteous and explained the problem and how it could best be resolved today. I can't thank these guys enough and will recommend them to everyone. Excellent service. Professional through and through. They are experts at their craft and have been in business a long time. Trustworthy. High integrity. When I lost all water supply coming into my house (on a well) and multiple issues with leaks and electrical shorts inside the house, they troubleshooted and I had a potential $4,000 issue with my well pump, pressure tank replacement. Jim and Jeremy were able to solve the problem at half the cost and saved me $2000. Their response time was quick, too. I will use them again and highly recommend to friends in the Annapolis area who need major or minor plumbing help.

Called to have 3 outside faucets replaced. Jim(?) answered and told me it'd cost 89 for the trip charge, plus whatever parts and cost for installation. When he arrived at our house, he told us that there's a fixed cost for hose bibb installation of $518 each! I asked how long it takes and he said 1 - 1.5 hours. By my calculation, that's about $345-$518 per hour. (Doesn't include parts of $27x3.) That's quite high, I think. Also, he should've mentioned the fixed cost when we spoke on the phone. I wasted $89 and won't be using JP Plumbing again.

I woke up this morning and I had no HOT Water,
and I called around to get SERVICE and every Company was tied up for days! I was driving from Home Depot and spotted JP Plumbing in my neighborhood. I approached the driver and told him my problem, he took down my information and said he will call me as soon as he finishes his first job. He arrived within 2 hrs and told me the problem and replaced my water heater in no time !!! I was so happy I couldn’t believe how quick and professional

Joe is absolutely amazing. First of all, they answered the phone on New Year’s Day in minutes! We had the worst kind of sewage backup and Joe was here less than an hour, again on New Year’s Day!
Joe is extremely, professional, knows what he’s doing, very rare to get this quality of service nowadays.
On the top of that , their price was very reasonable.
100 % recommended! I would call them again without hesitation.
