Danny is the first person since October to correctly diagnose and fix my leak. First, I was told by one plumber that my water pipes were fine and it was just condensation from my dryer. The leak continued. The second plumber, from a different company, said my dryer vent had split, which caused the leak (and 10 feet of staining on my basement ceiling). A new twenty foot dryer vent was put in, but the leak/staining continued (after letting it dry and applying Kilz to it). The third plumber said it was my kitchen faucet leaking, so I had that replaced. I let the ceiling dry again and covered the staining with more Kilz. The staining got worse and looked like blood was dripping from the ceiling. On December 26, with a full house of company, Danny arrived at the end of his shift, diagnosed the problem and was willing to do the complete the work. This was a Friday night and I later learned that he then had to drive to Pennsylvania, upon completion. Not only did he replace the water pipe, that had been leaking since October and causing mold in my house, he also realized there was an abundance of water and rust in the bottom of our refrigerator, which was right where he was replacing the copper pipe. We turned off the refrigerator, sucked up the water with a wet vac and realized this was also what was seeping through our basement ceiling. I bought a new refrigerator the next day and finally, after three months, no more leaks. Danny also called for back up and explained that we would need someone (a water restoration company) to look into how much damage was actually done, to set up fans and to spray for mold. He suggested we call our to call our homeowners insurance to start a claim. I’m a widow and that was the furthest thing from my mind. I so appreciated all of his help! Not only from Danny, but the quick response from Catons Plumbing when I initially called, the awesome communication and fantastic follow up! You are my new plumber, Danny (and Catons ) even though I never want to have to call you again!!!🤣

We had an emergency clogged drain that needed to be snaked. Caton’s responded right away for an after hours call. The technician (Michael) was thorough, communicative, and professional. I appreciated the follow-up phone call and attention to detail. Many thanks!!

I can’t thank Zane and Danny enough for their hard work today. What should have been 2 fairly straightforward hose bib fixes turned out to be anything but. One had a burst pipe behind it (see photo). Both were completely inaccessible due to the finishing work in our basement. A TV show is partially responsible - they did a fancy man cave with zero regard to the future access of pipes and venting. After using their camera behind the walls to locate things, they were able to get access through the wall and change out pipes and the hose bibs. It was A LOT of work but they got it done in one day. Very pleased with the results!

Curtis was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and made valuable suggestions on how to handle the water problem in my basement. He was courteous and respectful. I would give his service an A+.

I recently experienced what most homeowners, dread a plumbing emergency! 😧
I contacted my Homeowners Warranty Service (AHS), because what else are you paying them for?
First the mobile app does NOT even have an emergency option. I went through lots to get to a real person. Long story short they never assigned my request and NEVER called me back. I called several other plumbing agencies advertising emergency services and no one was willing to send anyone before the next day. 🤬
Oh, did I mention that the water from my toilet bowl was over flowing (even though I turned off the water main) and had been doing that for several HOURS, NOT minutes, HOURS!
I finally contacted Catons Plumbing and was told that someone would be here within the hour. I was half way through my pleading before I realized they were coming right away. I was so thankful!
They were quick and efficient and they saved my life (or home).
They also provide Water Restoration, which was absolutely necessary after SIX HOURS of continuously overflowing water.
The Catons personnel have been nothing but polite, efficient, and professional. I will always recommend them! 😀

The Canton plumber, Sahmeed understood the assignment and offered the best free quote to repair my leaking outdoor faucet. Sahmeed was able to replace the outdoor faucet expeditiously and now I don’t have to worry about unnecessary high water bills. If I have any other plumbing issues, I’m calling Sahmeed.

Danny was very polite and informative and knew what the problem was right away. Fast and efficient.
The only issue was a call at 7:15am, making sure I was awake, to be told a tech was on his way out and would be at my place in 45 min-1 hr, which was fine. But he was there right at 10. Because of that, I didn't require a call before getting out of bed.

Michael from Canton’s Plumbing was outstanding! He was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He worked until my toilets and plumbing were working properly, explained my options clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. My parents have an older shower set up and one of the hot water knobs seized up on a Sunday night The shower wouldn’t turn off and there were. no shut off valves at that bathroom shower. I called this company and they sent their technician Kevontay out within 20 minutes! The technician realize he may need some extra parts that we’re not on the truck so he’s scheduled with me to come back the next morning first thing and complete the job. We are satisfied and I definitely recommend this, and now my parents have Shut off valves at the shower.

Mr. Curtis was Amazing. He walked me through everything and explained it so I would understand the process. He also advised me how to file a claim with my insurance company. Work is not completed yet, still working on extracting water. Then will install water heater. All technicians have been Great. I will definently recommend Caton's and would use them in the future.

I am truly impressed with the efficiency of service and customer service. My kitchen sink got massively clogged last night so I called JP plumbing at 7:10 and received a call back from one of the owners within a half an hour. We were able to set up an appointment for today, and to my delight, they are fixing the drain before the appointment time of 11-1. I am so appreciative of their sense of urgency and impeccable service. I will definitely be using their service again soon for less urgent repairs and corrections. Josh is honest, courteous and awesome! Thank you 😊
