Jerry came out to inspect the problem in the morning and then he & his crew returned that same afternoon and completed the work on my outdoor pump problem the same day... extremely professional and friendly service! I'll definitely hire them for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to everyone.

He clearly described the maintenance he would do on my water treatment system and the price, then completed the work in about an hour. I also asked him for a quote on replacing my tank water heater and he quickly provided 3 quotes and explained the difference between them. Complete satisfaction with this service visit.

I had called several companies to see what the charge would be to scope my main waste pipe, which has backed up previously, flooding my basement. Most companies charged up to $300 00; Ben Franklin offered to do it for free!!! Yes, free. Jerry was great, prompt, efficient, informative. The scope showed that there was trouble brewing, with roots invading the pipe line. Luckily, he’ll be able to head it off and we set an appointment for next week.

I requested a estimate to replace just the Anode in an electric hot water heater that was under 10 years old that still worked well...no leaks and heated fine.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing refused to provide estimate over the phone, but stated they would provide an estimate provided I paid a $99 fee for a person come to my house. After I refused to pay a $99 fee just to get an estimate they agreed to waive the fee. When the representative arrived he asked me if I ever flushed the system...I told him that I flushed it last year. He gave me a price between $400 and $500. I declined and was able to have another local plumbing company do it for much much less and completed the job in about 45 minutes. All the other company asked me for was picture of the unit to see clearances and picture of the label with model number and serial number.

Jerry was so professional and helpful. He explained the process and the importance of the water heater flush and provided future guidance for us. Great customer service and overall experience. Highly recommend

They were prompt in their arrival, very professional, and efficiently worked to complete the project in about 4 hours. They were meticulous in cleaning up and assuring that everything was working properly before they left. I would highly recommend them to others who need plumbing work done.

We needed a new kitchen faucet (already purchased at Home Depot) installed. Simple Vanilla job. Franklin wanted to charge us ~$750. Crazy and exploitive. We found another firm to do it for ~$260. Guy from Franklin was nice and prompt. But they lost this job and all future work with us by trying to gouge us.
