Castro Home Services recently completed a bathroom renovation for us that included moving the plumbing for the toilet and the vanity and replacing the tub with an infinity shower to accommodate my 97 year old father-in-law who uses a walker. The process could not have gone better and the end product is beautiful. Fernando listened to our desires and gave us good counsel and input. They kept us informed about “next steps” throughout the process. All of their staff were friendly, professional, and expertly skilled. They really went above and beyond in so many ways. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Castro Home Services are the best plumbers I've ever had the pleasure to use. Anything related to water, including pool fixtures, are in their wheelhouse. Prices are reasonable. Service is very thorough, leaving us with no add-on work or cleanup. They are very honest and knowledgeable and take the time to explain in detail what's going on. In the 3 years I’ve been in my house I’ve thankfully only needed a plumber twice, once to install the expansion tank on my water heater and again to flush out minerals from the water heater when it started making noise. Both times I used Castro Home Services, the first time at recommendation from a friend. Honestly, they are very professional, great at what they do. Found on this latest visit my main water valve has a slow leak so I’ll be scheduling that to be fixed soon as well. Highly recommend calling Castro Home Services for your plumbing needs. Very happy someone recommended them to me, don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you have them come do work.

Castro Home Services is great. I have used them on many occasions. The work is excellent, the workers are courteous and answer questions well. They arrive at the agreed upon time and leave with the work area clean. I very highly recommend them.

We have used Castro Bros. for all of our plumbing and electrical needs for years. Most recently, they did a huge kitchen renovation that included removing two walls, building the island and floating shelves, refinishing the floors, and so much more. The process was drawn out by the cabinet manufacturer, but Castro Bros. were incredibly helpful, patient, and the results are absolutely gorgeous! We wanted a very unique look, and Cesar helped us with creative solutions and design concepts. Their prices are reasonable, they are very responsive, have a helpful invoicing system, and the quality is great.

Always get a second opinion!! I had my kitchen line backup in my basement. This happened a year and a half ago. I have a long line with a couple of bellies in it. The tech also ran a camera in my sewage line and told me that I had root intrusion and clay pipes and I would need to get all my lines replaced, a new sewage line dug, a tub put in for my laundry to drain into and a grinder. The estimate came out to almost $12k. I was verbally told $9k. I was also told it would cost less if I paid in cash and that they had an opening on Friday.

I decided to listen to my gut and have another co. come by. My sewage line and the line that connects to the city line are cast iron and I have little to no root intrusion. I've asked Fernando multiple times for the pictures his tech took inside my sewage line, but he still won't provide them. The estimate mentions clay pipes, which I do not have. The price wasn't bad for everything Fernando mentioned that needed to be done, but I did not need all that done to fix the issue. Oh yeah, also my estimate was word through word the same as my neighbor and the same cost...

I'm still waiting for the pictures your tech took of the inside of my sewage line Fernando. It is not a difficult ask and companies usually provide them when asked.

We had a sump pump backup system installed about three years ago and it has provided us a great deal of peace of mind. Last night during the storm the alarm went off and caused us a great deal of anxiety. I contacted Fernando this morning and he got right out to make sure we didn't need service. Luckily it seems like a fluke electrical issue but I am always impressed by how Fernando gets a person out to out house the day of the concern. We previously had an issue with our water heater and carbon monoxide. In that case he had someone out in an hour. He has always demonstrated a great deal of care for his customers and that is worth everything to us. It always important to find service people you trust when you move to a new area

Fernando and the Castro team are Excellent. We have had several flooding issues that a required immediate attention and Castro arrived and worked all of Thanksgiving Day 2024 and returned again a few days before Christmas for installation of a Back Flow Preventor. Always immediate response via cell phone and text. Superior service with a smile. We have run the gamut of repairs and installations for Home Water filter installations, Water heater replacement and drainage and even Mice nest removal, outdoor drainage and bathroom remodel. Very reasonable and always reliable. I have referred Castro to many neighbors. We love Fernando!

Great to work with. Higher quality unit than other plumbers for significantly better price. I plan to use Castro for all my future work!

I’ve had plenty of good work done by these guys, but the most recent work was very stressful with many errors that had to be corrected and some that remain. I don’t know if it has to do with new workers, but with this shower the attention to detail was lacking in several places:

- Theworkers damaged my shower window curtain. Thankfully it was under guarantee and was fixed for free by the curtain company.
- The tile work has some uneven edges especially around the window.
- The fixture was places with faulty toggle bolts and fell.
- The glass door that was installed had a different shade of metal compared to the hardware. I was never consulted on this.
- The plumbing to the rain shower and the regular shower are placed in reversed.

Unfortunately throughout the process, whenever I had a question or complaint (about things that wouldn’t work or faulty installation- NOT cosmetics) the first response started with, “Well, you picked it.” I would argue that I rely on their expertise and guidance. Only then would they apologize and correct the issue.

I would only contract these guys again if the bosses had strict oversight of what their employees were doing with great attention to detail, and if I had the energy to stay and watch the work as it’s being done.

Fernando and his company are unbelievable. Answer calls after hours or on weekends when we had emergencies and even filmed videos to explain the work they did while I was away. Truly can’t say enough about how quick and efficient their service was. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a great plumbing company.

Castro Home Services did a phenomenal job on our plumbing and septic system. They thought outside of the box to fix the issue in a way that was minimally invasive to our property. The crew was great and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Fernando Castro and his crew did an amazing job on our septic. He was extremely professional and kept us abreast of everything with photos. He explained the entire process and is very personable. We are so blessed to have had him recommended for the job.

We have one bathroom (small). While repairing a bathtub leak into the basement, we discovered the wood floor under the toilet needed to be replaced. Cesar was here that afternoon, gave us a quote and a crew was here the next morning to replace the damaged flooring. With only one bathroom – THANK YOU!
We decided it was time for a whole bathroom Renovation! Cesars crew replaced: sub flooring, installed: vinyl floor, tub/shower surround and kit for window, re-glazed existing cast iron tub (it is beautiful), and did electrical wiring needed for NEW exhaust fan: light, heat, & exhaust. The Crews were awesome, quiet, respectful, friendly and cleaned up everything each day. Excellent work. We can’t thank Cesar and Crew enough for how quickly they were here to help us and if they said they would be here they were here; no rescheduling or “no show”. Will go to Castro Home Services for any of our future needs. We highly recommend Castro Home Services, Inc.

I highly recommend Fernando and his team! They installed a new water system in our home and did an outstanding job. The workmanship was excellent, communication was clear and consistent, and the entire team was extremely professional. When I had a question the following day, Fernando immediately sent his team out to address it. We will absolutely be using Castro Home Services exclusively moving forward!

Top notch guys. I am thoroughly impressed with both Castro brothers, Fernando and Cesar. Fernando took great care of helping me order all my fixtures and required plumbing components for a major master bath remodel and the end result was dramatic and breathtakingly beautiful. Their crews can be trusted in your home, unsupervised if necessary , and took great care of daily site preparation and cleanup as to minimize impacts of doing a remodel while homeowners continue to live through demolition and renovation. Cesar is a jack of most trades and an excellent General Contractor coordinating each phase of the project. The team renovated three bathrooms, circa 1998, and gave me modern beautiful spaces to enjoy for many years to come.
