I had a water leak problem in my basement and I called Roto-Rooter around 7 PM Monday night and they had a technician and also a water restoration team come out within two hours. They diagnose the problem and told me luckily for me that the leak was coming from my neighbor’s house since I live in a townhouse, but overall it was very great service and I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Raven was amazing, so knowledgeable, and found the reason for my drainage problem within 10 minutes!

I had a plumbing emergency after paying someone I found on NextDoor app to repair my tub handle. The person hired over promised and could not get the job done. I searched online abd found Roto Rooter who dispatched someone within 1 hr of my inquiry. Vincente came out and fixed my tub handle within the hour and did an exceptional job. He was kind and professional and knew what he was doing. This company is also military friendly and I was offered a military discount. Im extremely grateful for Roto Rooters services and will be using them again in the future. Also, I'll be requesting Vincente for future jobs!

I am glad that I chose Roto-Rooter to take care of my plumbing issues. The technician- Aaron came as scheduled. I explained what was going on. He explained the services and options. I watched his every move and questioned him as he performed the services on my system. He did a fantastic job in resolving the issue. We recently had plumbing work done by Vicente from Roto-Rooter Plumbing and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Vicente arrived in a professional uniform, was respectful and polite from start to finish, and handled everything with care, always aware of his surroundings to avoid any damage. His knowledge was evident as he clearly explained the issue and the repair process, making sure we understood every step. He worked neatly and even though he had large tools and equipment, our home looked exactly the same afterward as if no work had ever been done. Everyone we interacted with from Roto-Rooter Plumbing was polite, caring, and respectful, which made the whole experience stress-free. This is truly a highly recommended company, and Vicente’s attention to detail, honesty, and reasonable pricing made the service outstanding.

Jerry came out quickly (within an hour of calling) and was SO nice and helpful- he fixed the problem and taught me how to remedy it in the future and directed me to where to buy the needed tools.

Vicente provided excellent customer service. He was very polite and throughly explained each step of the process. He was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having. I feel more comfortable knowing there is a warranty in case the problem occurs again which he explained. Would highly recommend him and the company to others.

Earl is the best. My water heater was leaking water into my basement on a Saturday evening. Earl assured me he can get the work done that evening and he did. He replaced a whole water heater on a Saturday evening, in December! His work was also spectacular.

The technician, Vicente, was professional and extremely polite. He kept me fully apprised of everything he had to do. Where applicable, he gave me options.

I had turned to Roto-Rooter after the company, Constellation Home, to which I subscribe, wanted to charge $200 for the estimate, plus $75 for the emergency, even though they were going to leave me without water until some time on Monday. Today is Saturday and Roto-Rooter came within four hours without a charge for the estimate.
