We had Howard Plumbing come out to cap our gas line while a third party installed an oven. The third party did a terrible job, and the guys from Howard Plumbing went above and beyond to make it right for us, fixing those other guys' mistakes. We're quite grateful they were there looking out for our interests!

The plumbers (Phillip & Dillon) were earlier than expected.. Quick, clean, and smooth service.

Updating my review: I had an unexpected break of my hot water heater. Ian came out for an estimate. He was thorough and explained each of the things the plumber would do to replace it. Jackie and Alex came out and fixed it. They arrived on time, were professional and cleaned everything up. I was incredibly pleased with the work. I would highly recommend Howard Plumbing!

I had a furnace installed. They called the morning of to tell me they didn’t have what I order but had something comparable. They had issues with the install but pretended like that was normal, returned with 3 people to reinstall a matching thermostat that still did not work. I called, they returned a few times to fix it. Turns out there is a class action lawsuit against the Infinity furnace model number 59MN7C. I told them to uninstall it and put in what I originally ordered but they are refuse so I will have to sue. Zero stars

Ryan is the best. He showed up early which is always a plus when you’re waiting for a service call. As a woman who has absolutely no clue about plumbing it was so refreshing to have an honest plumber not try to up-sale me or do unnecessary repairs that I would have no idea were required or not. Such a friendly guy too. We definitely recommend them!

We’ve used Howard Plumbing a few times and one was an expensive job. The shower drain pipe had to be accessed and because our house is on a slab the only way to access the pipe was to jackhammer the shower floor. I checked with some credible sources to confirm Howard’s estimate was fair which it was. I approved the estimate, Howard completed the job and charged me LESS than the estimate! That’s never happened to me with a plumber before. Howard Plumbing is an honest plumbing service with very competitive pricing!

Had an emergency after I accidentally ran over my well cap and cut the wires — no water at all. I called Howard Plumbing and spoke with Jessica, who was so kind and got me scheduled right away. Steve and Dennis showed up quickly, fixed everything, and had my water back on in no time.

These guys are the real deal — a true local company, not one of those big chains. Super friendly, fast, and affordable. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

We're extremely pleased with our water heater replacement. (They also replaced two butterfly valves with proper valves.) Jackie, Alex, and Dennis were very professional and pleasant to work with. Everything is neat and tidy, and definitely looks better than our earlier installation. Also very happy with how quick Howard Plumbing were able to schedule the work. Highly recommend them.

I use Howard Plumbing for my yearly back flow testing. They've been fantastic for several years now. Not only are they fast and efficient with the test, they've always been great in providing information on any other plumbing related matters I may have questions about with honest and straightforward answers.

Plumber arrived a little later than the original estimate. But, he did know what he was doing and handled the problem. They were good about cleaning up after the job.

After that service they recommended jetting the line. Came out, did it and now the drain is flowing much better. He also took a minute to help us with a slow bathroom sink drain.

We were immensely pleased with the excellent service Howard Plumbing provided when replacing our main sewer line. They got us right on the schedule, obtained the necessary permit, and completed the job quickly to meet our deadline of the closing on the sale of our home. Their solution was straightforward and precise. They did such a great job restoring our yard and basement floor after the excavation. We couldn't be happier.

They did a great job taking out faucets for new vanity installations and putting the faucets back in afterwards. Also picked up and installed three new toilets for us that we had purchased. There were shipping issues with the store where we bought the toilets and Jessica kept in touch with the store to insure we received them. Josh especially did a great job on the installs.

Excellent from start to finish. They were prompt, on time. I was their first appointment of the day. They found the fitting in the crawlspace that had failed and caused me to lose all water pressure. They repaired the problem. Tested for leaks. Answered all my questions and concerns. A+++. I would definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs.

Michael came when expected and solved my problem in just a few minutes! I was grateful to be charged a reasonable rate for such a small problem -- I was prepared to spend much more. I'm glad to have found my company for any future problems.

Jack and Alex did a great job on my backed up pipe. They were on time and efficient doing their work. They were kind to my grandsons taking time to answer their questions. They showed me the completed work and tips if I had issues in the future and they left the area clean. From estimate to completion I am happy with Howard Plumbing and their work. Job well done.

After receiving an outrageously high water bill, we called Howard Plumbing, they came out accessed the situation and determined we had a pipe leak. Thankfully they were able to schedule us right away for an underground pipe repair. I highly recommend them for all of your indoor and outdoor plumbing needs. Great service, quick response and excellent communication.

Had an emergency leak, well pressure tank rusted out. Josh and his coworker were amazing, very professional and came out right away. They assessed the situation and wasted no time in going to get a replacement tank and install it. Somebody give those guys a raise because they embrace what good quality service is about and make Howard Plumbing look good.

Vincente repaired my toilet and it was so on point, it works just fantastic now. Good job done.

My dad had a clogged toilet issue in his home, leading to the bathroom flooding. He had me call Roto-Rooter Plumbing. A technician was sent out between the ETA that was given when I placed the call. They sent out a technician by the name of Chan, who was friendly, very thorough with explaining the process of what he was going to do, to fix the issue. After he fixed the problem, he gave recommendations to prevent the issue from reoccurring, which was greatly appreciated!! Overall, Chan's customer service was amazing!!! He is very knowledgeable is his trade. If my dad or myself ever have any future plumbing issues, we will definitely use Roto-Rooter Plumbing again, and I would highly recommend Chan to be our technician!!!!

Roto Rooter tech Earl fixed the leaking pipe under the sink, and now it is dry there.

Had a new fridge delivered and could not shutoff the existing water line because the cut off valve was corroded, which caused water to start gushing out in every direction. Called Roto Rooter and they dispatched a technician within 45 minutes. Lian came and assessed the situation. He informed me of what needed to be done and took swift action. Lian was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took his time to make sure everything was back in working order, and that I was satisfied with his workmanship. In addition, he ensured any debris was properly disposed of....I truly appreciated Lian's consideration in that regard. Thanks, Lian! Happy Holidays!

Hosea was prompt, helpful, and took care of the blockage in our outdoor drainage system. He even offered to send a camera tech back tomorrow because there were roots which indicated a break in the line.
