Maryland Contractors did an outstanding job. They came on time, cleaned up when they left. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with MD Contractors. We needed our 37 step walkway to be redone. They worked with us on the price, started work when they said they would, worked super hard, even in the heat, always cleaned up after and did an amazing job. The workers were super nice, too. We will definitely use them again for potential future projects!

100% reccomend. When we decided we wanted our pool deck replaced we thought the new deck wouldnt be built until the fall. MD Contractors built us a fantastic deck with plenty of pool season left to spare and made it match the deck for our house. Great quality work and customer service.

So glad we went with Guerra to renovate our deck. They planned to start work in June but showed up two weeks early, arrived on site before 8 every morning and left after 5 each day and finished the whole thing in less than a week. I was stunned. Also, Jairo had some great suggestions on design elements. And the price couldn't be beat. I don't write a lot of reviews but I can't recommend them highly enough.

We got a 6ft white vinyl privacy fence installed. From the initial estimate to the fence installation, everything about the service was 5 stars!! There was difficulty locating the property markers on my land but the crew was very patient and professional. In spite of the delayed start due to the property markers and last minute changes, they completed the job on time and did not charge me any extra. I highly recommended them to all my neighbors!

MD Contractors Fences, Decks& Patios replaced my small deck. It is beautiful. They came early and completed it in one day. They were very knowledgeable and explained the installation process.

I had some severe woodpecker damage on my deck. I've reached out to this company and Jairo came out to give me an estimate the next day. Within two weeks, his company came out and replaced part of the deck within a day. Efficient, reasonably priced, and punctual are some of the words I'd use to describe this company. Oh, they also cleaned up very well after the job was finished. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

Very satisfied with Jairo and his team’s work. Permitting process went smoothly and the fence was completed in a timely fashion, considering the cold weather, cold ground, and the abundance of large tree roots on my property. The fence was built using better quality materials than I expected (cedar frame support on gates, 6x6 posts on gates). Jairo was very responsive to any issues that I had with the aesthetics of the fence and even thought about some things that I hadn’t considered, but really appreciate now, like adding a flat top panel on the front fence so I can rest drinks on there after a long day’s work in the yard. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I can’t recommend Mr. Guerra and his team enough! Communication and speed were categories they excel in. They were quick to send me an estimate that beat a lot of other competitors. He was extremely knowledgeable when explaining the process to us and different ways we could approach things. Overall the job took less than 2 full days which included removing the existing fence and cement slab. Our new fence and concrete work looks amazing.

At times I feel I would rather have a root canal than to deal with what it takes to get just one thing checked off my to-do home repair list. Well, Md Contractors made dealing with these things a breeze. I had this lovely fence installed a few weeks ago and Md Contractors made the process easy. They were able to install the design and color fence I desired and within a reasonable timeframe. I am very happy with their workmanship. I would be hard pressed to find anything negative to say from the first phone call until they walked off my property at job completion. This is your fence contractor. If you get Md Contractors to do your fencing job, I feel certain you will be pleased.

Had a concrete parking pad installed. Jairo was great to work with throughout the whole process. They knocked it out in a day and it looks great. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left which is a huge plus for me!
