I can’t say enough good things about Jairo and his team. We hired MD Contractors to replace our fence, gate and parking pad. Jairo’s pricing was fair and competitive to other quotes we got. On the day of the estimate, I appreciated that Jairo listened to my questions and talked through some options. His team also took down a tree we needed removed, which saved us the hassle of finding separate contractor for that. The crew was very polite and left the yard neat and organized each evening. The fence and parking pad look so nice! Really makes a difference in how our backyard looks. If we need more work done, we will definitely contact Jairo.

MD contractors did a fantastic job of remodeling our deck. We had a deck that was sound structurally, but the decking was old, stained and faded. MD contractors offered a very reasonable cost, started the job weeks ahead of schedule and completed everything in 3 days. Very pleased with the outcome.

Maryland contractors did a fantastic job with building my new deck And fencing in my front yard. The owner and his team made sure throughout the process that I was satisfied with the work they were doing. I liked That the owner shook my hand firmly And gave eye contact When we met. The owner is very compassionate about his work. His prices are very reasonable. He does his work in a timely fashion. He does not waste any time with getting your materials and getting the Work done. If I was unhappy about something the Owner made a personal appearance to make sure The work was done to my satisfaction. Yes, I will always utilize his services again and yes, I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that is looking for a contractor.

Jairo and his team were amazing. We hired Jairo and his team to complete a 12x20 composite deck. Initially, I thought this would be a 4-5 day project but his team knocked it out in literally 2 days and change.

His team was efficient, proficient, and hard working until the very end. They definitely know what they’re doing.

MD Contractors did an absolutely fantastic job for us recently, fully remaking our side porch and adding a new deck. From the beginning we found them to be more creative than their competition in offering helpful ideas from their previous projects that guided the finalization of our design. Their crew worked very hard, were responsive to our requests and always left our yard tidy & clean when they finished each day. They were thorough & prompt in addressing our final punchlist of minor items that needed to be fixed at the end. The owner, Jairo Guerra, was always responsive and it is clear that he and his entire family based small business crew take great pride in providing a high level of quality workmanship to their fortunate clients. Many families in our larger neighborhood area have selected MD Contractors and have been very pleased with their work. I recommend them very highly and plan to hire them again for our future projects.

MD Contractors have made a wonderful backyard patio with a fire pit and an imbedded Compass Rose, and I especially like the steps at the kitchen. We worked together choosing the pavers and stone walls. They installed new fences to enclose the backyard. Paths go all around to the front yard with new front patio steps and a surrounding wall. The workmanship is excellent. We highly recommend MD Contractor for their outstanding workmanship.

MD Contractors have been amazing. We hired them for three big jobs: driveway & walkway, fence, and new deck. Each project was completed quickly AND with attention to detail. They were kind, patient, and respectful of our space and property. They were reliable and consistently showed up when they said they would. Pricing was fair & reasonable and communication was easy. These projects could have ended up being a gigantic headache that took far too long, but with MD Contractors it has been such an easy process, and we have enjoyed watching them build and work their magic. Quick response time! After a long winter under shrinkwrap, boat was foul and DIRTY! The team came in in a few hours and made the boat smell/look new!

I could not be happier with the work Access Mold and Fire Remediation did at my home. They not only were super prompt at getting the work started (totally necessary in flood situations) but they were highly detail oriented. This company was caught dumping material it has just removed from a alley on to a green space it also dumped wet concrete that was left over in its bucket from laying new concrete. They did this in a AA community in Baltimore.

These fools have no regard for the environment, not o ly do they not maintain erosion and sediment controls I personally witnessed them dewateri g the muddy site right in the stream. Latterly a joke as a company and especially at stream restoration s
