My roof was replaced by Four Twelve almost 5 years ago and is now leaking at the corners. However, they resolved the issue within a couple of weeks.

Terrible job. Nothing was lined up right, just so sloppy. When we showed the owner pictures at the end of the job he agreed. He came out to look and he changed his mind, probably bc it would be a big fix, but maybe hire better people or check mid job. This was three years ago and now… surprise! They’re falling off, pictures from today.

Unfortunately, my experience with Four Twelve Roofing has been disappointing. I hired them last summer based on positive reviews, but the process was full of delays and poor communication.

After an estimator came to my home, I waited several days without a scheduled service date. Despite multiple emails requesting a service date, I did not receive service until I requested refund of my deposit.

Then, in March—less than a year later—the same issue happened again. I was glad to have a warranty, but getting a response from the company has been frustratingly difficult.

I reached out on March 20, asking for service and expecting a reply within 24 hours. As of now, I still haven’t received a call back. Given the circumstances, I’m requesting a refund for the warranty and a partial refund for the work, since it hasn’t even lasted a year.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Four Twelve Roofing was a great company to work with. I had a complicated roofing job to be done on a nearly flat roof. I received a wide range of quotes and solutions, and I am so glad I chose to work with Four Twelve. They were professional, easy to stay in contact with, and left no detail undone. I am very happy with the end result and with the expert guidance they were able to supply.

Four twelve roofing was great every step of the way in repairing our flat rowhouse roof. They did a great inspection and were transparent about the issues. They gave a pretty accurate estimate of the repairs. The team was fast and thoroughly in clean up. Highly recommend

When your garage roof has a hole in it, you know it is time to address the situation. Four Twelve did a fantastic job on my roof replacement.

Had Paul Anderson out to check a roof installed by another contractor 5 years ago as we were having a leak. Paul did a leak test on the location in question and said there was a cracked board but that shouldn't cause a problem and we proceeded with repairing the shingles in that area for 2,000. We had them repair that area then had their guys install rain gutters and touch up a flat roof section as well. After that visit we developed another leak and the repaired section is also now leaking. Paul has offered a whole new roof for $9988 or another $2128 repair. If he had suggested a new roof in the beginning we would have went with it. what kind of credit did he offer from the first service? $300.

Especially for a young company I was incredibly impressed. They were on time every day, safe, respectful, clean, and most importantly they did a great job. The estimator Mike was my point of contact for the project and they were very flexible with change orders. Mike always responded quickly to answer any questions I had (not gonna lie, I'm a pretty picky customer and I like information). They also came back out a few days later and removed an out of service antenna that I forgot to mention in the initial contract (they absolutely didn't have to do that and I wasn't expecting it). Bonus points, I loved hearing the crew singing while working.

Top notch customer service! Paul came out to assess my roof and needs. He listened and understood what I was looking for. It is clear he had a lot of experience, integrity and takes pride in his work. He was very professional, thorough, and able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. He walked me through different options that made sense for my situation. Pricing was very competitive and well within my budget. For reasons I won’t disclose here, I made the difficult decision to go with a competitor for the job, but I see why they have been around for so long and have such great reviews. Wanted to add in my two cents! I would go to them again for any future needs, no question.

FOUR TWELVE ROOFING – TOTAL ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Representatives of FOUR TWELVE ROOFING have addressed my questions and concerns, provided the requested photos - depicting the conditions of my roof decking after the old shingles were torn off, and the competed roofing photos.

On July 10, 2025, I signed a Total Roof Replacement Contract with Mike Lee of Four Twelve Roofing, with full loan financing approval of $10,159. On July 21, 2025, a team of Subcontractors arrived to complete the Roof Replacement Project, which included: tear off of old shingles across the entire roof, replaced with GAF-brand Lifetime Roofing System, replacement of up to 3 sheets of plywood/decking, new drip edge across entire roof, Flashing the front roof, main roof, and all pipe penetrations, Installation of downspout extension on the front lower roof and new downspout on the left side of the lower front gutter. The subcontractors completed the Total Roof Replacement Project in One day and added an additional downspout the next day.

I have secured contracts for at least one other Total Roof Replacement Project, and at least four – five roof repair projects for four other properties, with other Reputable Roofing Companies, and FOUR TWELVE ROOFING has measured up to my expectations of a Reputable Roofing Company, providing the best rated roofing material.

I used Four Twelve to conduct a roof inspection when I was buying my home and they were able to schedule it quickly and provide me 3 reasonable quotes for different levels of repair options. After I closed on the house, I used them again to update the roof and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the team worked! They showed up early and they were done within a few hours. They also shared photos with me of the whole process too, which I appreciated. I definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Absolutely incredible work from Four Twelve Roofing. Communication was awesome, from initial quote from Paul, to the scheduling with Jerry, and on-site work with Will. Had a Duradeck walk-out roof that was leaking into the top floor, and a busted roof hatch that was out of warranty, and Four Twelve was able to replace the hatch and roof so quickly before the rain we recently received.

I contracted with Four Twelve Roofing to install a standing seam metal roof. It was not a simple job as the house had multiple roofs with different slopes, valleys, and ridges.

From the very first time I contacted them about the project, they were willing to help and extremely easy to work with. They provided me with a fair price to install the roof and did a great job. All of their employees were helpful and courteous throughout the project.

There were a few issues to resolve with the manufacturer of the roofing materials and Four Twelve helped me work them out and provided me with the information I needed to do so.

I highly recommend using Four Twelve Roofing if you are considering installing a standing seam metal roof. In comparison to other roofers I have worked with, they have been by far the best.

Update:
The executive team has really impressed me with their care towards my review. They have reached out numerous times to rectify the situation. As I have said in the past, to me customer service was never their issue.
But they came out and repainted my ceiling in my bathroom and replaced my fan to help with condensation issues after the roof placement. Since then I have had no issues. I can finally breathe and have the peace of mind to know that my roof is fixed.
Because of how invested the team is to having a successful completion of a project, I now feel comfortable recommending their company.

I want to like four twelve roofing so badly. But after two years my roof is still leaking! I have a brand new roof, new railings installed and it still leaks!

After paying over $12000 for a new roof, I should have zero problems in the first 2-3 or even 5 years. I don’t understand.

I only gave them two stars because of their customer service. The project manager, JP, that I have worked with…great guy. Timely, professional.

It’s like I can’t even repair the ceiling because I know it will leak again. It’s hard to find good reliable work nowadays but I don’t think I would recommend them.

This is clearly a customer-centered company that does the highest quality work. Shawn Whalen was my project manager and Khayla the scheduler and they were both awesome and responsive. They tore off several layers of old roof, fixed some sheathing, and put on a 15-year roof with reflective qualities. They took pictures of every stage so i could see exactly what was wrong before putting on the new roof and what they did. One thing that bugged me was the front gutter was bent from the ladders but the responded to my complaint immediately and replaced it. These guys did such a great job even the neighbor across the street came over to tell me about their quality work. I recommend on the highest terms. See photos of finished roof attached.

If I could give a -10 I would. They had to come back over 10 times after they finished. I asked for all satellites to be removed and they pinned it somewhere else which left an unprofessional hole in another spot. They forgot to cap my chimney which left rain in my living room. The people they hired wasn't certified but fulfilled their obligation...they had to come back to spray all the urination out of my backyard. My neighbor called and said my roof was swinging. They broke my outside faucet and had to replace it. They did a horrible job. My bathroom leaking and they said it was my window that's below my roof and refused to fix anything. They left the trash from their job in my driveway for 3 days. Did a sloppy job on the panels and had to come and fix that. Please do not hire this company. Save ur money. They are a waste of everything. Quick roofers for the penny. Go with another company. They aren't worth it.
Update: Since they came to "fix the problem" my roof is still draining in my chimney area and breaking my drywall from the 2nd to 3rd floor, behind my light fixture staining my bathroom ceiling again. Honestly save your coins and go with another company.

They fit me in the schedule early. The Team was on time and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves. They even had to prep the area and move my personal belongings, which they did without hesitation. Plus, they helped me out by taking my old cable dish as well as other items I had to dispose of. That was a huge plus for me. After the job was finished, the Project Manager
came to inspect the job and answer any questions I had. A professional job from start to finish.
