They did an excellent job at diagnosing our roof leak and proposing the latest solution to our type of leak. The workmen were very polite and did a fine job. Definitely will deal with them again.

Fick bros has been maintaining, repairing, and replacing my roof for almost 30 years. I would never use anyone else. I have a multilevel house with 2 large flat roofs and a customized drainage system instead of gutters. When we were first replacing a tar and gravel roof with a vinyl roof Fick bros was the only roofer at the time that did residential vinyl roofs. Fick bros inspects, cleans, and repairs my roofs on a regular schedule. They have just replaced one level of my roof. I can’t say enough about their quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I know they are not the lowest price. But I can say without reserve that I have never had a problem with any work that has been done. A flat roof has its own special problems Fick bros was recommended to me when we first bought our house and had problems with the original roofer. When our children bought a row house and needed to have an inspection and maintenance contract Fick was the only company we considered.

We count on Gary and Brandon of Fick Bros. to maintain our unusual flat roof, to check for damages, check the skylights, etc.
They come exactly as scheduled, are professional and friendly, clean up any mess created and leave us reassured until next time. Highly recommended.I will add we had a tree fall on roof. Gary and helper came and fixed the damage. Erica is also great to make arrangements with. She understands urgency!!!

No show. Scheduled a service call 2 weeks out - fine. Service crew never showed up, no contact from the office about any potential delays or rescheduling. No response to messages about timings. Disappointing.

Be very clear that you need an estimate or if you want actual service (at T&M rate) when scheduling. Called for a roof replacement estimate for a leaky roof and they sent two guys out and later invoiced for a $150 service call. At no point did anyone mention there would be a charge. Why would there be for a free estimate?? Every single contractor I've ever worked with does an evaluation with sales people before sending out workers. Fick has never worked on this house before but did some substantial work previously for us at our primary residence and all went fine. They made no repairs in the 15-20 minutes they were there, and didn't even take a tool up with them. They just took measurements and photos to price up a new roof. They said a salesperson may call but probably not since they had everything needed for a new roof estimate plus chimney work. I just called a second time and they are insisting it was a service call and to call back if I want an estimate. At no point was I informed this was anything other than an estimate!

After a fair amount of back and forth, they eventually called to say they were waiving the fee. Glad to hear. Be sure to be clear as to what you want when calling for an appointment and absolutely say the word “estimate”.

We used the Soft Wash service of Fick Bros. and all I can say is WOW! What a job Eric and his assistant did. The house looks amazing, like it did when it was new. The pavers turned out the same way...I had forgotten the tones within the pavers themselves since they were first laid, but they're back now. Five star job!

Nick and his crew did a great job replacing our deck, front steps and an interior bench. Very professional, always on time, responsive, excellent work and left the place very clean when the job was done. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Three years after a great new roof from Fick Bros ---we got "treed" and had siding and gutter damage. Walter from Fick Bros was out next day to estimate and several weeks later Andy and crew replaced the gutter, fixed the roof, repaired and painted the siding. Looks better than new! Fick Bros. Soft Washed our slate roof, sidewalks and patios. What a difference! We are pleased with the results and are very happy with Fick's work and their desire to clean the surfaces to the best of their ability. They asked us to please let them know if there was any touch up needed, as the cleaning process continues some weeks after treatment. Fick Brothers Roofing & Exterior Remodeling Company was extremely wonderful to do our roof repair work. They were extremely knowledgeable and shared their knowledge with us generously, they arrived on time, finished the job ahead of schedule, and their work was outstanding!

Apparently they bill by the GPS in the truck so when they show up and sit in the truck for 30 minutes before coming to the door, you will be paying for them to eat their breakfast. When there are 2 guys in the truck, they just overbilled you for an hour. When the invoice came later I asked for an explanation and even when i explained they weren't their for an hour, they charged me a late fee while waiting on them to respond. Had video proof of their arrival and departure. They don't care. 3 hours billed and they didn't even patch the gaping hole in the peak. What a scam.

Fick Brothers preformed a Softwash cleaning of our roof, gutter cleaning and masonry cleaning of our stone porch and walkway. All around they were awesome. On time, very responsible, concerned about our being pleased with their work, reasonable in their pricing. We are very please and find it easy to recommend Fick Brothers to anyone looking for a reliable company to work with. I would add pictures of the results but I don't know how to do that.

I needed an emergency replacement of part of my roof and I’m so happy I chose Fick Bros to do the work. Estimator Walt Willson was wonderful in helping me make the right decisions, and the office staff were so helpful in scheduling quickly.
I would especially like to commend the roofers. Danny and his team did stellar work! They were efficient, professional and accommodating, and were happy to answer any questions I had as the work progressed. The job they did was flawless!
