The Fick team offers many exterior services. We trusted them with softwashing and making exterior repairs to our one hundred year old home. Their great reputation is backed by their excellent service! There is a reason why they are touted in local real estate listings. The before and after photos of our house are a little mind blowing. We will absolutely be working with them for a long time!

Maryland Cleaning and Abatement is wonderful to work with! I cannot recommend them enough! I scheduled them to come out to look at mold in my basement that needed to be remediated and to see what was causing it and to correct. They responded quickly (Kim), scheduled Bob to come out right away (within a day or two) and got me a quote quickly thereafter. Bob was honest, didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need and eased my concerns about the mold and what was causing it. I hired them to do the mold remediation and grading along the foundation of my home. Every crew member that came out was on time, knowledgeable, polite, kept me informed, thoroughly cleaned up and did a fantastic job. When I reached out to them to come back out to relook at a spot, they again responded quickly, had Bob Jr. here within two days of my request and he addressed the concern the same day. In addition to their exceptional customer service and work, their pricing is also very fair. Hiring contractors can be stressful and a lot of them put your through the wringer and upsell you on unnecessary repairs. Not Maryland Cleaning and Abatement. They run an honest company who takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. You absolutely won't regret hiring them!

They are a get it done and get it right company. They are professional, knowledgeable, and treat your home as if it were their own. You will amazed!

this is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. the whole system is set up to scam you and the insurance company. they catch you in a vulnerable situation and put papers in front of you and have you sign them knowing that you are distraught and will do anything to get the problem solved and quickly. a complete and total scam and rip off! I was charged almost 1000.00 for them to virtually 'do nothing' ...and I had to pay out of my pocket as they said the insurance company would not be covering it - which was yet another lie. I implore you to stay away from this deceitful company.

These guys really came through for me. We had a horrible mold problem in our basement and we had to leave the house and I was so stressed out and everybody in the company was really great at talking me through the process and keeping me in the loop. It has been a pleasure working with them and I will use them in the future for sure.

In 2015 we had a pipe burst and we went to service master for the water mitigation. They did a good job and we have no lingering issues but some of their equipment did scratch one of the tiles in the doorway of one of our bathrooms.

Servicemaster of Baltimore is wonderful to work with. They have responded quickly and are very thorough and professional in their work. Would not hesitate to contact them again should the need arise!
