MD Contractors Fences Decks & Patios recently installed a fence in my backyard and I’m extremely happy. The entire experience was professional and efficient from the initial quote to the final installation. The owner Jairo was very patient with me and addressed all my concerns. I also inquired about future projects. I will be using this company again to install my deck. You won’t be disappointed with this company. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Job well done!

We found Jairo through Angie’s list. I had received quotes from over 10 contractors to build a wheelchair ramp for my dad and a back patio. Jairo had the best price and a portfolio of previous work. He responded promptly to a call for an estimate and worked with the city to obtain permits. Jairo was extremely professional and his quality of work was superb. He was able to finish a 5-8 day job in 3 days. Before him and his crew left 2 people stopped by to ask for his card because his work was so beautiful. We are so excited because we now get to enjoy our deck in the summer!
We plan on getting a new fence in the future. We will definitely call him again.

PS—he even returned a day after the job was finished to install a handrail because my mom has mobility issues. Great customer service!

MD Construction is amazing. They worked carefully to make sure the fence was what we wanted. They are a talented, collaborative and friendly team of carpenters and workers. The fence is unique and they helped us a lot in the design from the outset. Also they are very efficient. I was so pleased with my new deck. Jairo was very nice and professional. If I had any questions or concerns he was always available to help. My deck is gorgeous. Before and after photos. The white is after. The ugly wood is before.

This is the 2nd project we've gone with Jairo for and, once again, he and his crew delivered beyond expectations. The fenceline surrounding my house was a hodgepodge of 4 or 5 different fences, each a different type and from different times. There were also annoyingly stubborn shrubberies that were pushing several parts of the fences over. Jairo understood all of our concerns and needs, and in just 4 days of work, all of the old fences and shrubbery were removed and a beautiful brand new fence and a clean yard took its place. I wish I took "before" pics, because the difference is mind-blowing. Also, after every day of work, the crew left any and all remaining materials and tools organized and contained (which is very important for us, because dogs). Not to mention, his prices are extremely fair.

In short, if you ever need a project done and Jairo says he can do it, then there's no need to look any further. We will definitely be utilizing him again!

Work so nice, we hired them twice!

In 2024, we hired MD Contractors to replace our old wooden fence with a vinyl fence. The quality of their work resulted in their being called back in June 2025 to provide us with a newly paved patio and driveway extension. The crew performed demo, install, and clean-up for each project with grace and class. They were respectful of our property, time, and space. We are very pleased with the results!

Jairo Guerra and his family and team just completed our new front porch, new walkway matching porch floor, new back deck, new fence, and new driveway with partial stamping. From demolition of all the old to completing the new, they were great. We hired them due to previous reviews and also just having him over to discuss the projects. From start to finish, they were great. They did exactly what we wanted for each project. They are great people, hard working, very respectful, very thoughtful, funny, etc. We enjoyed having them at our home everyday for about a month. We actually miss the crew. The completed work looks great, and our home looks completely different. We have gotten compliments from quite a few people in the neighborhood as well as family members. I have given their information to a few coworkers as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get these projects done.
