I have used Jacob and his team many times for waterproofing projects. He does a fantastic job and he is honest and is punctual and breaks the project down in steps to explain so you can actually understand what needs to be accomplished. The team does a great job cleaning up after the job is completed which is hard to come by these days. I would use Jacob and his team any time I needed him in the future.

I would absolutely refer! They rescued us after another contractor took our deposit and did not do the work! Came in delivered on everything they promised! Professional team always polite and very knowledgeable, showed up every day even worked on Saturdays. I will be having additional work done in future and would definitely use them.

My waterline burst on Friday during a historic cold spell and unfortunately ran under my living room floors. Jay and his team were able to fix and insulate the broken pipe, remove and replace damaged subfloors, remove debris and rubble left by the previous owners, and install new flooring in 4 days! He not only finished the work with incredible timing, but he worked my insurance companies ridiculous demands, was incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and fairly priced. He planned the work out so we would have water restored the first day of construction and be able to access our upper level helping us avoid living out of a hotel with our dog during the repair. AND when they finished they wiped down my walls because I had mentioned I was going to paint the room. He also installed a French drain in my laundry room a few months back that has worked wonderfully. Highly highly recommend.

We’ve been looking for someone to re-caulk and paint all of our baseboards and window/door trim in our new house because the original work wasn’t done very well when it was built. Walter came in with two guys and did an incredible job! Great attention to detail! A job that would have taken my husband and I at least two weekends only took him and his guys 6-7 hours!

Walter does outstanding work and is very professional! He has installed exterior doors, windows, painted the exterior and interior of my house, installed new floors, and put up a privacy fence. He does a wonderful job communicating during the process and keeps the work area very clean. Highly recommended! Will definitely be calling him again for future work.

My roommate referred me to Walter as someone who does fantastic work for a reasonable price. When Walter showed up for the estimate, I instantly was very impressed with his professional demeanor and general knowledge base.

He worked with me a bit on price, and was able to get the job done within 2-3 days. The quality of work was exceptional. He was willing to handle problems that I hadn’t asked him to, and even cleaned up after himself to the extent that aside from the work completed, I wouldn’t even know he’d been there one day.

A week after the job was done, I attempted to put up a shelf and screwed it up. Walter was there the same day to fix the problem that I’d created for myself.

The level of communication is second to none. The estimation to construction process is seamless and scheduling is flexible. The work itself was professional and my home was left clean at the end of each shift. Olam performed rough carpentry, exterior siding, doors, windows, roof patching, leak mitigation, insulation, finish carpentry, millwork, painting, and cleaning services in my home. They provided contacts and assisted with solid surface countertops and snow removal. There is not one single complaint for any of the work performed or services rendered.

Walter and his crew did an awesome job in my small guest bathroom. He removed a shower stall, added green board and tiled a new shower stall, added bead board to the lower half of the walls and scraped and painted the upper half. The work was professional, neat and we couldn't be happier. We had one issue with the shower lever which Walter responded to and corrected immediately. We have several other projects on the horizon and Walter with Olam Construction will be our first choice of contractors.
