Working with Koala was easy from start to finish. No challenges scheduling the free estimate or the work itself. Installation went quickly and they did a great job cleaning up. Very pleased their work, price and customer service.

Koala insulation was amazing. It was a 3 day job but it doesn’t look like anything was actually done. The explanation of the product was amazing, the communication was very thorough. We knew everything that was getting done step by step. The dry walling people were a bit tardy but their work was amazing as well. I will definitely be using them in the future for any other needs.

Koala was great throughout the project. Explained the process, and the benefits. Were prompt with all appointments. The installers were polite, they protected the carpets and walls, and cleaned up when finished. We immediately could feel a difference in the temperature of the 2nd floor rooms. Great experience using their service. Professional, efficient, and also very respectful. Jasper and his coworker helped us remove all the old and torn material inside the attic, sanitize the ceiling, and had a blown-in fiberglass insulation and installed a zipped hatch cover for attic stairs. They walk us through the whole process in advance, show up on time, and very respectful to our house rules. There's some unanticipated accident happening during the installation, but Jasper is a very responsible person and take care of everything quickly and properly. We would definitely recommend Koala to others!

Had a great experience with Koala. The estimator was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured into any unnecessary services. They installed both an attic fan as well as some additional fiberglass attic insulation, and it's already made a WORLD of difference in our upstairs temperatures.

The guys came out and did a great job. Along with that they were kind and answered questions that I had and got the job done quickly and with very little mess. If I need any of the other services they offer I won't hesitate to call them again.

From appointment setting to work completed. Every employee was pleasant and hardworking. Extremely hot day to be in a attic for hours. Great job. I would recommend them 100%.

I got attic sealing and insulation done. Rayon and Blue did great work. They showed up on time and seemed to take extra care it getting it done right. I also appreciated Richard who did the initial estimate. I told them my intent with the repairs and they gave me my options without trying to upsell me on unnecessary items like others have done in the past. Will definitely look for them in the future for other projects I need done.

Extremely happy with Koala Insulation. They did a fantastic job on our attic and basement. They dealt with the BGE rebates, we didn’t have to do a thing. Ryan came to the house and explained everything and answered further questions via email/text. The crew that did the work were super friendly and again answered any questions and kept us in the loop. They cleaned up after themselves, no mess whatsoever. Very accommodating with my dates I wanted the work done. Highly recommended.

I had Koala add insulation to the attic today. The two gentlemen that performed the work, Rayon and Chief did an excellent job. They were friendly and worked quickly. They also did a good job of cleaning up before they left.

So we had been looking for an insulation company to do our crawlspaces for over a year and after some bad experiences with a few other companies, my wife found these guys. They came out fast and were able to give us a great quote. They also recommended us to get a home audit, as it could save us a ton of money and it did. We were able to get twice the work done for the same amount of money as we were gonna pay to get the original work done. They were very professional and saved us a ton of money. I can’t recommend them enough.

The installation crew (Josue and Howard) was professional and the insulation has made a noticeable improvement. There was an initial communication issue about air sealing, but the company handled it responsibly and fairly once it was raised.

Outstanding work by Richard, Josue, and Chief of Koala insulation. They insulated an attic crawlspace that was difficult to navigate, sealing up gaps they found along with a sky light. Also sealed up basement wall. Worked nonstop from time they arrived until the work was done, cleaning up after themselves and minimizing disruption. Assessment of air leakage showed significant improvement because of their work. So grateful for their skill, hard work, and professionalism.

I had Koala install blown in insulation in my attic. I turned off the furnace while they were working. By the time they were finished, my thermostat said it was 62°. When I turn to back on, within 40 minutes it jumped to 65°. Another 40 minutes later, thermostat read 68°. So the installation in the attic has really helped. I'm looking forward to a HUGE savings in my energy bill. Crew was polite and cleaned up after.

Koala was fast to respond, estimate on the spot, and schedule. They spray foam insulated a crawl space area and an exposed exterior wall. From the initial call to service completion they are on top of it. The prices are fair and competitive.
