I have worked with Vito for 25 years and have always found him to be very knowledgable - professional and willing to go the extra mile for his clients!

I used Vito close to two years ago after securing a remodeling loan for a house I had purchased.

The service was beyond awful. Nothing was done on time the work was shotty and I caught one of his guys smoking cigarettes in my basement.

The projects seemed to keep going over budget and I had to constantly pester him and fight with him to get a crew to do the work. Every time I called him he said he didn’t know where they were. What’s the point of using a GC if I need to stay on top of everything.

When the work was done there were items missing off the list but because of “budget problems” I had to pay those items out of pocket.

More then one of his contractors mentioned they had problems getting paid to me and asked if I was gonna pay them.

After the work happened there were multi mole issues with the property and I was told the work was under warranty I called more then once and never heard back. I had to pay for those repairs out of pocket.

After seeing a post from a friend almost two years later who had a similar negative experience I feel compelled to warn anyone considering using Vito to strongly reconsider. 5 minutes of googling will be all it takes to see the mountain of issues in the past.

And Vito if you are reading this I am beyond dissatisfied with the subpar work you provided I wish I would have known better two years ago but I was young and stupid. You complete took advantage of my naïveté and I hope no one else makes the same mistake.

Today’s Home Renovations built us an amazing elevated screened in deck that’s serviceable all year round…complete with roof, heaters and fans. It’s an additional room which is quickly becoming my most lived in and cherished space. Perfect use any time but especially during Covid. Vito’s attention to detail is unparalleled and he is committed to doing a top notch job. His crews are highly skilled and creative especially when faced with a difficult or unique obstacle. I highly recommend this company. Completed project is beyond my wildest dreams.

Our downstairs full bath has needed an upgrade for the past 30+ years. Based on a referral from another customer, we asked Todays Home Renovations for a quote. We accepted the quote and the work began a few weeks later. Our house is over 100 years old, so we knew that there would be challenges especially for the plumbing. The THR team demoed the tub and surround all the way back to the studs. They removed the flooring to the support beams where needed and analyzed the existing plumbing. They updated the plumbing and removed all of the previously abandoned pipes. Their tiling work was professional and careful. Their painting was very precise. Their team of workers were polite, helpful, and focused on their work. When done, we had a beautiful spa-like bathroom and confidence that the plumbing would last another 40 years.
