Many times I have hard time to get in my driveway because they park blocked the alley also my driveway here in colonial village my house.

I loved every bit of my experience with DYS! They were responsive, neat, self-evaluating and reasonably priced. We had a very old built in dishwasher that needed to be cut out before we could install a new one. Other quotes were almost TWICE what DYS quoted us…. So we decided to add another job which was pointing up brick and repairing some masonry around our driveway and front steps. They did a wonderful job on everything!! They were able to take care of replacing the dishwasher without tearing up our wood floor (which others said would have to be done in order to get the old one out). And they even went to pick up the new dishwasher for us even though that was not in our original contract. I did not even have to point out the small areas that were missed in the masonry job. The owner’s son showed me where the errors were himself and proactively said “we will get someone here tomorrow to take care of that for you.” They even went above and beyond the scope of the contract to make it even nicer than we needed. I am so happy with DYS and I feel like we have a positive relationship with a very well run family business! Thank you so much!

I have been very impressed with Daniel Saslow and his crew throughout our kitchen/ bathroom project! He is very pleasant to work with. He never changed the price or time frame, despite surprises that came up (as expected, in our 100 year old house…). The work quality is very professional, and he was able to keep within our budget. He went above and beyond to make our home look beautiful! Anyone who has seen the new renovations is very impressed with what a great difference it makes to the house. Would definitely recommend!

We had our front porch roof replaced. DYS Construction did an amazing job. My first contact was with Alon. He was very responsive to all my questions and emails. Daniel, the owner, was very hands on during the whole project, from start to finish. He stopped by on a daily basis to check on the project. Sometimes I would even see him with a hammer in his hand, too. We had some issues with the columns that were installed, no fault of Daniels' and Daniel stayed on top of it and got everything resolved. He kept us in the loop during the process. Jose, the carpenter does amazing work. He is very meticulous in his work. Before he left for the day he made sure everything was cleaned up. Everyone that we encountered at DYS Construction was very professional and attentive to our project and we would recommend them to everyone. We will hire them again for future projects, as well. DYS completely replaced my very old, very unstable wooden front steps with pressure treated wood. They did a beautiful job! The workers were very knowlegable about their craft, made excellent use of their time, and were very pleasant. My newly painted porch ceiling also looks great. DYS did the work at a very reasonable rate compared to the estimates I received from 2 other companies.

This company built a double wide carport attached to my house. Progress was slower than initially expected because of bad weather and waiting for material that was ordered. However, everyone did all they could do to complete the job well. I'm very satisfied with the final project.

Daniel and his team were amazing! They were very kind and started the job promptly. We were amazed at how fast they worked. They left the worksite clean which we appreciated. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Daniel and his team answered all my questions, demolished my old, uneven porch and installed a sturdy new front porch. They began and finished the job when they said they would. They were professional and did a great job. I hired them again to do some interior work.

DYS Construction finished my basement. They quote me 14 days and finished early. The professionalism and customer service was beyond my exoectations. I am super happy with the amazing work they completed.

DYS recently built a brand new deck for our city row home and did a fantastic job. My wife and I could not be happier with the result. On top of that, it only took them about a week to take down the existing deck and fully build the new one. Daniel and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. DYS Construction did a wonderful job removing an old deck, clearing the area, and extensively repairing backdoor stairs. The new stairs were very aesthetically detailed and sturdy, compared to the old steps that came with the property. DYS was very communicative and thorough during the whole process from getting quotes to giving post-construction maintaince instructions. While I did not opt to build a new deck (for personal reasons and of no fault on DYS), I will say I would have them build a new one for me in the future, if that is something I decide to do down the line. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new deck or home renovation work to use DYS Construction.

Daniel and his team were excellent to work with. They helped navigate through a challenging Baltimore City permitting process, including historical review, and their communication was great. The project was a wooden outdoor landing and front steps, which they did a fantastic job with.

Daniel and his team worked hard on renovating new bathroom for older home. I can’t believe the transformation. I love how Daniel went to Lowe’s with me to pick out bathroom shower and floor tile. Daniel became a friend who made sure everything went smoothly and I learned few things about home improvement. They have a team of professionals including plumber and electrican which was nice because I didn’t have to hire additional contractors they provided everything and worked really hard to give me the bathroom of my dreams.

Also, I hired Daniel and his phenomenal team again to install new floors, new staircase, painted the first floor and hallway, replaced old main doors, and installed light fixtures. I’m completely satisfied and plan to continue to hire Daniel and his team for home renovations. I truly appreciate Daniel for making sure I am satisfied and quickly getting the work done!
