Terrible! terrible! terrible!
They have terrible customer service my orders always take 20 minutes AT LEAST for them to give it to me after given all info needed.
They take 10-15 minutes just to come and greet me at the counter, I’ve never been to a Shepherd electric supply with worse service than this place. If I could leave 0 stars I would!.
