I’ve been in the electrical business a long time, and Shepperd has always treated me decently, very helpful at the counter with never a complaint, deliveries usually take place early in the morning and I get both a text and an email plus the GPS coordinates as to where the truck is. Plus, I get a photograph of the material on the loading dock after the delivery is completed plus an email. There inside people are crazy knowledgeable… And their fill ratio is incredible, I’d say it was up to about 98% on any order most of the orders are 100% and rarely do they get an item wrong

As an electrical contractor we use Shepherd electric for a lot of our material purchases. Our rep, Gary, is great! He stops in and checks if we need assistance every week like clockwork. He is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Their prices are very competitive and the service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Always have what I need. Counter is very very helpful even off hours. Have had to use them on weekends and at 4:30 AM and they never let me down. The only issue I have is prices are usually a little more then othier suppliers. Noodles does a great job 12 out of 10.

Shepherd Electric Supply consistently provides high quality products and services. They have what I need 90% of the time and when they don't have it in stock, they are able to get it quickly. I've dealt with Shepherd Electric supply for over 30 years as a foreman, a project manager, and now as an owner and I let everyone know what a great company Shepherd is to work with. Their counter sales people, inside sales people (Ray Kiel, Jr for me), and outside sales people (Gary Willinger for me) are knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to help.

Good people, keep the store pretty stock up and convenient. I have been dealing with them for over 30 years. 👍
