Ivan, Oleh, & Dmitry all did an excellent job in putting a subpanel and installing an EV charger. They arrived on time and finished their work as scheduled. I’m very happy with the professional services they’ve provided. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future home projects.

He made sure our main breaker was safe, and then when the extra mile to help us, identify a fuse box upstairs and the work to get quotes in for what it would take to get this stuff up to code. Dimitri did amazing work! I was kind of boxed in time-wise and he showed up right on time, and was finishing in 30 minutes. He went above and beyond testing and making sure all members of the household were satisfied with positioning. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!!

Olesya and Vadim went above and beyond on the project management of a complicated panel and mains upgrade. Not only did they pursue the project from beginning to end, navigating challenging Baltimore City and BGE bureaucracies, they were communicative, kind, and effective throughout. Their own electricians were professionals who did excellent clean work. They also explained what they were doing and why--at every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Plugg Electric when they installed our EV charger. They were professional, competent, friendly, and great communicators. Vadim and Demetri were fantastic to work with. I am really pleased with the customer service I received from the gentleman who took my initial call as well as the electrician, Vadim. He arrived on time and placed covers on his shoes when he entered my home.
