I hired Vadim to put in a dedicated 220 line for a new dryer.He went above and beyond the call of duty . The dryer was delivered while he was finishing up the electrical work. He noticed the plug the delivery people delivered was not up to code and would not work. He alerted me to this and ended up not only supplying the correct plug , but also installing the washing machine and dryer for me!! He did an excellent job, double checking everything!! I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again.
I give him 5 stars!

Excellent installation of my Honda EV charger. Friendly workers who kept me fully informed as to the progress of the work and its expected completion. It has been three months and everything remains perfect.

EV installation and panel upgrade was exceptional. I bought a Bolt EUV so it came with the option to use installers contracted through Chevrolet's service provider and it was awful. I decided to go on my own and I have zero regrets. Vadim was so professional and responsive. They came on time and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and looked fantastic. If you are shopping around don't, just hire Plugg Electric you won't regret it.

We had a problem where our power went out and we called a couple of folks, but while getting the review, it turns out the problem was that an old system of wiring 2 townhouses at the same connector to the city was deteriorating. Turns out, when we had our solar panels installed, they never connected their wires, which had been sitting disconnected for 7 years while the old connection got more and more fragile. Vadim was able to come out the same day, gave a very competitive estimate, combined with wearing masks, shoe covers and respecting the times we are living in for the sake of the customer -- the other company didn't bother although my grown daughter and I were masked. Of course he won the job. It took a while to get coordinated, but I had read the excellent reviews over 6 months prior when looking for routine electrical services. This was the push to get everything done.

Coordinating took a little while give both our schedules, and my slew of questions, fact checking and research. Vadim was patient, but that pushed our window back a few weeks. Well, it was worth the wait. Vadim is so friendly and delightful in person. He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. For example, he tolorated my ignorance regardin changes to move electrical meters outside, after the meter locations were updated with scanning technology a few years back -- which seemed illogical to me. He had patiently shared what the new rule was and my sending pics of the wrong meters (that's on me). We also had the mystery to piece together of how we had disconnected wires and were able to figure out when and how the error happened (Solar City bankruptcy). We finally were able to book our date for Last Wednesday.

Vadim arrived with Dimitri. They were respectful, friendly, businesslike, but down to earth. They were still masking while indoors, as does my family when we have guests, to protect others. Thank you!. They got everything done in less time than expected, including a couple of extras on the house. The new fans look and work great. They cleaned everything up and left no damage or mess to sour our experience.

We're just waiting for the inspection and city hook up to finish the job but I'm already thinking of some additional upgrades we need. (will add exteriaor photos then)

Awesome. Just like all of the reviews. I called Plugg at 230 pm. Lost all power. Vadim was there by 330. Fixed the immediate problem. Fair price. We are going to get a new 200 amp service. Again. A fair price. I am very much impressed with his work. And being there when we really needed him was so appreciated. Thank you again Vadim.
