After spending time and money to have two other electrical companies determine an issue at my property, Milton's was able to locate and fix the issue within a few hours. Delano, the electrician that serviced my property, offered great service, effective communication, and most importantly, knew what he was doing. I can't recommend Milton's enough and they will be my go-to electrical company in Baltimore moving forward.

My wife and I were most pleased with Milton Electric Co. Tina was helpful in scheduling our appointment at the earliest possible date. Our Milton electrician for today's visit was Delano, who was friendly, prompt and efficient. Arriving at the early part of our afternoon window, Delano proved a good listener when we showed him the areas where we needed lighting to be installed. He was flexible when we pointed out an additional problem with our outside lighting. His suggestions were helpful. We are grateful for the fine work that Delano performed and will certainly call Milton again for our electrical needs.

My recent experience with Henry and Jimmy of Milton Electric was a fantastic one! Knowledgeable, professional and pleasant both worked on providing quick, easy solutions to my problems with my hall ceiling light resulting in installation of an up to date LED dimmer switch and putting in LED bulbs. They replaced my flush mount ceiling fixture in my club room with a new one effortlessly, insulating old wiring. There were a few burned out outdoor floodlights, one very high they replaced with my bulbs as well. Henry and Jimmy provided a great experience representing Milton Electric a company I have used for many home improvements for almost 20 years

Henry and Patrick did a great job with a tricky situation- they worked around my old home issues (fraying wiring, pocket doors, layers of plaster lathe with sheetrock, etc) and got my switch fixed very fast. Arrived early and excellent communication. Thanks!

Mike K. showed up on time and worked on most of a comprehensive list of residential items quickly and efficiently. He was joined by Dave L. later in the day and they completed a complicated item by 4p. satisfying the contract at the agreed upon price. That item required follow up, was scheduled and completed by Mike within the week at the standard rate.

I found out recently that the job was not completed to Baltimore County code. They came back to fix their mistake costing me an additional $230 dollars. They took 5 minutes to install the circuit breaker to the sub panel that they originally installed. I will not use
this company again for my electrical needs, especially the salesman Mark. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this company. Patrick

Not an honest pricing system and poor customer service (Tina I believe?). Electrician services are good, but pricing and such not reliable/honest.

These are my go-to electricians for projects big and small. They are familiar with old houses and never give me a hard way to go. Their prices are fair, and their teams are competent and respectful. Years ago, they bailed me out of an electrical issue another company implied was hopeless. I am forever grateful.

Mike K and Chris were excellent! Service was great, end product exactly what I needed. We had to make adjustments to the original plan, but not surprising in an old house. The guys installed everything neatly and left no signs otherwise of their visit. The price was a bit high (hence 4/5 stars), but was within the local market standards.

Very professional experience start to finish. Henry and Chris did a clean and relatively quick job. I appreciated working with the company to do a major upgrade involving all three levels of my house.

We initially called Milton to remove some knob and tube (K&T) wiring running from the attic into a wall we were taking down. However, during the process, they discovered even more K&T in the attic—wiring we had hired another electrician to remediate years ago. Thankfully, Henry and Chris were absolutely incredible.

They went above and beyond to ensure that all remaining K&T was safely removed from the attic and second-story walls. Not only did they do a thorough and meticulous job, but they also took the time to map out our home’s wiring, solving mysteries about certain switches that had puzzled us for years.

Thanks to their expertise, we now have complete confidence that our home is K&T-free, every outlet is fully functional, and we finally understand what every switch controls. We highly recommend Milton Electric for their professionalism, skill, and dedication to quality work!
