Anthony was very polite, punctual and precise. When I called Western Electric, he asked a few questions about my reason for the call and I told him I needed a dryer outlet installed. Switched from gas to electric dryer. He asked me to take pics of breaker box so that he will bring the right parts. We had appointment at 6pm for next day after my call. At 6pm he was knocking at my door. This company is excellent and Anthony is great. When you call ask for him specifically and you won't be disappointed.

We were in need of an electrician to come out and fix our breaker box on a Sunday evening. We called Anthony and he was over in less than an hour. He was efficient, professional, and fixed our problem in less than 2hours. We thought we’d have a hard time finding a good electrician but we were wrong; just call Western and you won’t need to call anyone else!

We will definitely be referring Anthony to our friends and family, and any future work we need done on our house, we know who we can call!

Whereas most contractors would give little attention to things that won't be seen in the end, Tony went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done right. Not only is he professional and super knowledgeable, he's friendly, personable and very reasonable with the price. It was an absolute pleasure having him work on our home!

It would be a five star , no doubt if I had more work for him to do so I could see other things. But solely on the quick response, the professionalism, the quick ability to diagnose and fix the problem, Anthony's definitely a five! But no doubt I will be rehiring him anytime I need electrical help, and will be referring him.

I had an electrical issue in my rental unit managed by AK&N Solutions LLC—several outlets weren't working, and one breaker kept tripping every time I used certain appliances. I reported the problem, and to their credit, AK&N Solutions LLC acted quickly and scheduled a repair with Western Electric LLC.

Within just a day or two, a technician from Western Electric came out. They arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain what was going on. The issue turned out to be a faulty breaker and some older wiring that needed replacing. They completed the repair the same day, made sure everything was safe, and even tested all the outlets to ensure everything was working properly.

I really appreciated how smoothly the whole process went—great communication from AK&N, and fast, reliable service from Western Electric LLC. Since the repair, I haven’t had a single issue.

Had an issue with my Dishwasher and the appliance folks could not figure it out, so i called Western Electric. Anthony came to diagnosis the issue and literally worked tirelessly to get figure it out. I appreciate the extra time he spent in my home just to get behind my dishwasher, which the appliance people from Costco did not put much effort in at all to do. He explained the issue to me clearly and fixed everything up and he followed up days later to make sure everything was still working. a true professional.

I needed a repair on my breaker box that included grounding work. Tony was able to make time to come same day to help. Incredibly calming and friendly service. He quickly walked me through his process and got to work. He even diagnosed an additional issue and took care of some loose wiring. Very fair and reasonable pricing 11/10 would use Western Electric again.

First of all he was very kind and patient listening to what we needed. Then he went over and explained what he could do for us. Anthony let us know what would be most helpful. I am very happy with all the work that was done, In a timely manner and reasonable price. He was very thorough and cleaned up after, professional.
