I returned a light and they continue to bill me for the light. Mr. Urban was asked to remedy the issue, he said he would take care of it; however, I continue to be billed. I have revisited the store and contacted billing with still no change.

Called to receive a quote on a Eaton VFD. Received a quote in within an hour. Placed an order for RUSH NDA Friday delivery. No product! Call Monday the following day - asked for an update?
Have not received the product nor an update! Hope Customer Service Improves!

Always has the material we need, and if not, they can get within a few days or in emergencies over nighted!! Very reliable and knowledgeable staff.

Tobe was awesome. I normally go to capital electric but they were closed today. CES not only was cheaper but when they couldn't find the wire at first they went back and looked extra hard instead of the usual "ah we must not have it sorry" - they did end up finding it but Tobe even checked another store for me just in case.

And to top it all off there was Free Doughnuts and Coffee! I even got a free electrical tape sample.

Y'all converted me to a CES customer now!

I have had a several disappointing experiences with this company due to the behavior of one of their employees. Heather was extremely condescending and spoke to me in a rude, dismissive tone throughout the interaction. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Customer service should make clients feel heard and respected, and unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
