Anthony was very professional and set up the electrical for an equipment installation at our small business. We appreciate his services and would recommend him.

I have used their services on two occasions and found them to be reliable, affordable and professional. One was a small job and the other involved upgrading electric service for the sale of a home that ended up being quite involved because the main service had to be moved and this involved both BGE, the utility company, and a city inspector. It is hard to please everyone but they did,, and I was impressed with how they handled this rather complicated job which involved both the mechanical/electrical component of the job and a certain amount of diplomacy.

Anthony was very professional and quick to respond. He was able to fix a people I though was huge and unmanageable. I highly recommend him for any job you are in the need for.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Anthony came to my home single parent in distress he came diagnose the issue said he will be back to complete the job and never came back I texted Anthony called Anthony every word was a lie he never came back said he will issue a refund in the form of a money order that also never came we went back and fourth for months he has never lived up to his promise . I texted him to let him know it appears by his actions he had no good intention of fixing the outlet now my son has an open outlet in his room which will cost me more money to have a technician come out to complete the work he didn't. I am totally disgusted as I am new to Batimore and to prey ,pick and choose whom you would like to complete work for is disgusting I really had faith in him it appears everyone in Baltimore is corrupt even when it comes to their own business practices . I will see Anthony in court I can't and will not allow this man to take advantage of another customer like myself after I told him my experience with other companies whom never complete the job very upset and disappointed . Anthony I read your response stop with the lies I payed you by credit card please stop it . You stopped my house from burning down ? incredible it was a shortage but okay you want to appear as this good business person the story is you never came back I have text messages of your false promises u went as far to tell me you came by my home when there's a camera at the front door I knew you were not telling the truth especially when someone is home all the time unbelievable .

Anthony is the best.... I had major emergency and I needed him to come out right away. He came out on the same day did the wprk (boom) dome. The wires had melted in the world. He's amazing and I will be using him over and over again thank you Anthony for all your hard work. Renee SPM

I called Western on a Saturday afternoon as we needed two light switches replaced. My husband had tried to replace one and it started sparking so we knew we needed a professional having two small children in our home! Anthony got there within a few hours and replaced them within a half hour! The quoted price on the phone was the price we paid. Most electricians will charge you just to diagnose your problem - but not Western! Anthony was fast, friendly and did great work. We will definitely use him again!! Thank you!

We needed an electrician to examine our breaker box around 8pm on a stormy Wednesday night. We spoke with Anthony who put us in contact with Donald within minutes. Donald was willing to come out THAT night! We asked him to come the next morning due to the weather. His work was FANTASTIC! Not only was he engaging, he was quite knowledgeable & polite. He fixed our elec problem & it was very reasonable. These guys are now OUR electricians for as long as we & they are around!
