We are so happy we hired Greenleaf to finish our basement! They turned a cold an unused area into a warm and inviting playspace for our kids. Throughout the process it truly felt like they were invested in the outcome, patiently talking through the pros & cons of different choices and having the forethought to consider not just the end state we received but also how the space could evolve over time. The team was tidy & courteous and all of the subcontractors from electrical to carpeting matched Greenleaf's level of professionalism. We'll certainly use Greenleaf again the next time we have a big reno.

Had a date to get brick work done, he never showed up, never called. I reached out to he never picked up the phone. Horrible business man.

Called JW Brown at 3pm and set an appointment for 4pm. I called him at 3:59pm regarding the appointment we set less than an hour before and he completely forgot the appointment. I still waited for him despite the unprofessionalism. He did not want to answer many question nor did he provide an estimate of any kind. I would not recommend this company. It was a complete waste of time meeting with him.

I Contacted J W Brown Construction to see if I could have a estimate done for some patio pavers. Jerome was able come out that evening to consult about completing the project. It took Jerome a week to provide the estimate ( I actually had to reach out concerning the estimate and he finally sent it. We received two other estimates from other companies which were lower in cost but decided that because this was BOB was would give them our business. I reached out on 5/18 and advised that we would like to proceed, it took him two days to respond. We then exchanged several emails and he stated that “he probably would be able to get to us sooner then the middle of June, but had to check his schedule” After 9 days of not hearing back I had to reach out again. Still nothing so I actually called for him to tell him that it would be June which is fine (because it’s the busy season)and that he would be out the beginning of the week the work was supposed to start so we could finalize everything. I reached out again just to confirm the date and time again. He never showed up. It appears that the company may have been too busy or just could not compete the project overall. Instead of wasting a consumers time, this should have been said upfront. It’s a shame because I live a newer large townhouse community and others were looking to get patio pavers in the future. Potential business loss. I should not have to chase you to give you money. This company does not value time and lacks in communication and that’s a huge red flag.

Tried to hire Jerome to renovate a property for me but the deal fell through because he required a payment schedule that would pay him 95% of the labor fee before full completion and he refuse to negotiate. Never pay a contractor enough where they don’t have any incentive to complete the job.

I highly recommend J & W Brown contracting! We needed multiple stone sills replaced on our home and Jerome and his team did an outstanding job! Jerome was professional, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with! Will definitely be hiring them again for future work!

Jerome and Wilbur did an amazing job on some renovations in my home. They were friendly, open to our questions, and above all did the work they were contracted to do in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again. Really happy with the work.

Al helped us fix up a number of things ahead of selling our house. We had electrical issues that other contractors couldn’t figure out and he solved them in 10 minutes! Prices were also super competitive.

I had them re-roof our garage, then build a screened porch, then add a balcony outside. They were reasonably priced on each, and had quality workmanship. Each job was done on time. They had a “can do” attitude regardless of impediments.

Al built our screened in porch and we love it! He did a great job and was very easy to work with.

Al Keene was professional and insightful with planning and design. His team, also courteous and willing to give ideas when asked. He refinished our master bathroom and sunroom in our current home. In our previous home, he refinished our basement and bathroom. Prices are fair with other quotes estimates. We would absolutely use again for future projects.

When your interior designer wannabe self already knows exactly how you want your remodel to look, it’s imperative that you have a contractor that listens and will go above and beyond to make your vision a reality. I'm blown away by the quality and timeliness of my deck replacement. I have a huge deck that wraps around from the front of my single home to the back. These guys knocked it out in three days. Very detailed. Great work crew. Cleared away all the bad decking and left everything neater than before they came! I'm in awe!!

We contacted WPR and spoke to Jared and he provided us one of the master craftsmen, Elvis, and his son to complete our trim and provide a quality paint job in our uneven kitchen. We still are amazed at what great craftsmanship and professionalism they provided during the task. I highly recommend using WPR for any of your interior design projects and I will looking forward to doing future remodeling projects with them again

Jared and his crew were amazing to work with. Jared is incredibly accommodating and very responsive. He walks you through the process, gives advice and helps with any and all questions. We are Painters and Remodeling did a wonderful job repairing drywall throughout the house before priming and painting two floors. The drywall repair included fixing many nail pops, holes from previous electrical work, and mitigating sagging or uneven seams/tape joints. The freshly painted rooms look great and have given our home a much needed facelift. Jared's team was very fast and efficient. Lastly, we appreciate how Jared was dedicated to ensuring we were completely satisfied with all the work that was performed.
