The team at Great Blue did a fantastic job, starting with the initial consult when Ben earned the job by talking me out of trimming some of the trees I wanted to trim. He did an excellent job teaching me about tree growth patterns, when trees should be pruned and when to let them grow. The day of the job, they showed up timely and ready to work. My boys and I were amazed as they climbed up our trees like mountain climbers instead of using a boom crane. At they end of the job, they neatly stacked the fire wood, dropped off the wood chips exactly where I wanted and even helped me move my chicken coop. They were also able to mill a couple cedar trees for me, so I could make some hope chests for my daughters.

Guys do a great job on lawn and hedges. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable which is important but workers obviously take pride in what they do and it shows in their work. Would highly recommend.

Had my entire back yard pulled out and replaced with fabric and then mulch, added flowers bed areas. They were on time and did an excellent job. A few communication issues but nothing major. I will use them again for a few other things I want done.

The guys were great about communication on when they would be able to do the work and during the actual work. They regraded my front lawn and put down sod and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend these guys if you need landscaping work done.

Jonathan from TLK came and gave us a quote on landscaping. From the start I was very impressed. As soon as I called TLK, I got an estimate scheduled. They were very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and had felt comfortable from the very beginning. When the crew showed up Bobby introduced himself to me and the crew. The job was completed with 100% satisfactory and I'd highly recommend them to anyone that take pride in their landscaping

Long story short is they charged me 2k plus to install grass that would routinely die. To their credit, they tried to seed multiple times but it would never take. They would tell me they don't guarantee growth despite their on site advisor saying they don't see why it wouldn't grow. We agreed on half the area (little sunlight area) being clover and half grass (full sunlight area). They seeded clover in the grass area and grass in the clover area. Then backwards when they reseeded again. Only found out when I saw sprouts in the wrong areas weeks later. They were unresponsive and now I am back where I started just 2 to 3 k lighter. I don't think they were being malicious on purpose, they were just aloof and irresponsible when handling my account, never really knowing what was going on. I always felt like they didn't know what they were doing when they were on my property.

Terrible customer service. During my 1st call I was told that Melissa would call me back. After a few hours I called and got someone different who tool all of my information for a second time and said she would pass on my info necause it was not noted on my previous call. I let her know it was an emergency but that did not phase her. I got no return call and no email as promised. I call back the next day and Melissa answers the phone. She was extremely rude and condisensing then finally admitted that they do not have capacity ro do the small snow/ice job.

This place waa recommended to me but obviously they are not interested in new business or common courtesy.
