Klean World is my go to company for cleaning and management services. Kelsie and her team are very knowable when it comes to cleaning and the process of efficiently and effetively cleaning.

Klean World delivers EVERY time. Kelsie is responsive, timely, and does outstanding work. She completely transformed a room for my client and even removed a carpet stain we thought was IMPOSSIBLE. If you want your home or business looking brand new, Klean World is the company to call.

Our sunroom windows had been chemically etched by another vendor through misapplication of a cleaning agent, with 5 curved panes badly damaged. After multiple resources said this couldn’t be repaired due to the windows’ curvature, size and extent of etching, Marc of Magic Touch came out and accomplished the task in just a few hours. The result was incredible, brilliantly clear as if these 27 year old panes were brand new, and we are thrilled to once again be able to enjoy our sunroom views. Marc was highly professional and responsive. Outstanding service!

This what is done after 2 tries from Magic Touch. They will disappear before complete a job and they will cause your window gasket to break and leak water.

Be WARNED. DO NOT USE THEM!

++ Reply from the business. This is what a negative person look like. Instead of owning up to their mistake and not finish the job to your customer satisfaction they will claim their "expertise" and won't ask for a feedback from the job they did and assume other are satisfy by them walking out of a job.

And claiming Magic Touch did not work on the glass when they collected the money from builder to fix the mistake is exactly the service you will expect! Good Luck!

From the pictures and your other feedback, it would appear that this is The Signet Condo project in McLean, VA.

The pictures depicting scratches remaining on the glass would indicate that Magic Touch did not work on these panes.

Additionally, in the over 20 years servicing glass, never has our process had any impact on the window seal. It would seem that a defective seal is causing condensation to build up in the interior of the window unit.
