They always do a great job for a reasonable price!

Their prices have gotten outrageous. They wanted over twice the original price I paid. It's sad. 😭

I have two area rugs in my kitchen which by the nature of where they are, tend to get pretty dirty. Didn't think anyone could get them clean again, and yet, Kleenize got them looking almost new! Amazing!

Called 3 times to schedule cleaning and discuss such..was promised a call back...never happened. When I talked to person on the phone..never apologized just said thanks for the input.he could not wait to get off the phone. Had used them before.never again.must have too much business..

Easy going folks running a good service. Will pick up but there is a fee. Lug a Rug and have lower cost. Service is always efficient, reasonable, and swift.

I hauled my rugs 15 miles in driving snow to their store, and called ahead to see if they were open. They said they were and stated they would close at noon, and I told them I would arrive close to that time. I got there 3 minutes before noon having drove through driving snow, and found the door locked. I went to the garage where they did the work, and an employee stated they closed at noon, and I advised them it was not yet noon, and as the employee closed the door in my face, he said, come back at 1pm, but he wouldn't guarantee, with the snow, they would remain open. When I called the manager later, he advised the store policy was to close at noon, and hung up. I have never seen anything so idiot. Please boycott this store. I 62 years I have never seen anything so mean and idiotic in my life

I trust no one else to care for my oriental rugs. They do repairs as well. I have been a patron for 15 years and those I moved out of Md I still take my carpets there. Staff is great and my dogs like them as well.

Please do not take your cherished rugs to this business. They have terrible customer service. They're quite cold and unfriendly. They only take cash. ?? The 21st century and no credit cards? I took one rug there and I don't believe they even cleaned it. It had the exact same marks with no lightening what so ever as when I took the rug in. When I picked it up I asked them to unroll it so I could see. They refused. That should have been a clue. I think they just took my money. Horrible people. Horrible service. Stay away. Giving them one star is being generous.

The people who work there are nice and they complete the service on time but the service is extremely expensive. I took a 7’ x 9’ area rug in to be cleaned. It cost $70 and the rug looks just as dirty as before I brought it in. It also smells as bad. I strongly suspect that the rug was not cleaned at all. I will NEVER go there again.

There's a reason why Kleenize has been in business for over 65 years. I had 3 area rugs cleaned recently and the rugs came back looking almost new. They will pickup and drop off as an added service. What's not to love? They are professional and punctual.

Be careful if using this company. They will add services on that have not been discussed. I took my rug in for repair and was told it would cost between $10-$70 to repair. When I called to pick up they told me $250. They added cleaning onto the paperwork. Read everything very carefully. I assumed because it was never discussed I was just getting a repair. The man I spoke to yelled at me and even hung up on me. He was extremely rude. I asked him not to yell and he told me I wasn’t listening.

They charged over $100 to clearly just take one pass over the rug, lifting up dirt, and redepositing it on the surface. The surface looks far dirtier than before I dropped it off. I will remove this review if they finish the job at no charge.
