I have pets and I've been trying my hardest to get the pet smells out of my home. Priority Carpet Cleaning came and did an amazing job removing urine smells from my carpet. Rod was very professional and even gave me tips on maintaining my carpet. The best part, is they did not charge me extra for stubborn stains like other companies have in the past.

I won an Instagram promotion for two free rooms of cleaning, so I was happy to give them a try. They were very responsive and scheduling was a breeze. Rod was my tech and he did a very thorough job and was quite professional. I chose to get my stairs and a hallway done. My carpet was clean, smelled great, and was super soft the next day. I would note that their cleaning machine is very loud, so be prepared. Overall, I was pleased with my service and glad I gave this small business a chance.

Excellent customer service and carpet cleaning work done from Rod! I called him just a few days before needing an urgent job done and he accommodated me and even gave helpful tips going forward. He was able to get stains out and some that we could barely notice. I would definitely use him again!

I got home from vacation only to find out my dogs peed in my room and once again, pooped in the loft. For years the dogs poop and pee in the loft when they don’t have their needs met for more than 6 or 7 hours. I messaged priority carpet cleaners at 1:00 am and they got back to me the next morning and scheduled their service man Rod at 4:00 pm that same day. Rod was on time, he was friendly, did his job well, and saved the carpets. He also did the living room and wow. Amazing job once again. I highly recommend Rod from priority cleaners.
