Wonderful service!!! Appointment timing was quick and appreciated…they came out next day! Rod was very knowledgeable, and friendly, and did an amazing job; my home smelled so lovely afterwards! It was a real pleasure doing business with this company…would highly recommend!!!

Today Rod came by and cleaned my 3 seater recliner sofa that my dog had peed all over. He was able to get out the stains and pee smell, he even recommended a cleaning product for me to help kill pet odors in my apartment. He was very kind and professional. I will definitely be reaching back out to him in the future!

Rod did an amazing job on our carpets and stairs! From giving a quote over the phone to having availability the same week, it was super simple. The job was quick and precise, the spots where our dogs had accidents are gone, and my house smells great. Affordable pricing and great quality work. Would definitely recommend!

I called Priority on a Tuesday they was able to give me a appointment the next day. The service was to clean my couch, steps and hallway. The cleaner Rob was excellent he took his time and paid attention to details. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again

My experience with Rod was really good. He clearly communicated the process, and set realistic expectations before even starting the job. My carpet, though old and badly stained, look much improved. It’s clear that he takes his job seriously and wants you to have the best experience. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Rod from Priority Carpet Cleaning was extremely professional and honest. He came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained everything clearly instead of just taking my money. Even though the carpet didn’t have visible stains, he identified a strong pet odor and let me know that cleaning alone wouldn’t be a permanent fix because it likely soaked into the padding or subfloor.

Omg talk about no stress and reasonable pricing!! I wouldn't suggest anyone else. I called Mr. Green to fix one thing and since the service was so good I walked around my house and got him to fix a few more things. Service and personality get 5 stars.

Timely, professional and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend Chad and his crew to anyone looking for their home improvement needs!

The only advice I can give you, if you are looking into this company, or Chad Green, is go elsewhere. Chad is a con-artist. I should of seen the red flags when he no called no showed the original day to perform the work. We had already put a deposit down for the services, so I figured I'd give him another shot. Although accurate photos were provided for the drywall repair in question, on the day he arrived to perform said work, he was full of excuses and BS. He then claimed, he couldn't perform the job which was fine, and would refund the deposit for the project. Then after several hour waits, a several calls, he has still failed to refund the deposit despite saying he was going to. My saving grace was I used Venmo for it and they are going to get my funds back. Again, he is a con-artist with poor character. Use literally any other business.
