Had a great experience with Legacy Rug Care via their sister company Hydroclean. I was able to get an estimate for my rugs (based on size and material) and book a pickup time all via text! The gentlemen who picked up and dropped off my rugs were punctual and courteous. The rugs are now soft, free of any odor and the colors are vibrant again. Very pleased.

They do not return calls. Maybe they are rich and don’t need customers.

Office staff and delivery people were professional and respectful through out the entire process !

They don't answer the phone. It disconnects immediately after answering with a short recording saying they record calls.

The two techs who returned the carpets were very kind, patient, and helpful. We had a round rug that had to be positioned (centered) under the dining room chandelier. The Living room rug had placement issues also. Very professional!

Had some family rugs that were passed down, wasn’t sure if they were worth cleaning but Legacy did a great job and brought them back to life. Super easy to work with, quick turn around and very fair pricing. Will use in the future for sure.

Our dog got into an entire bag of chocolate covered espresso beans (she was ok!). She got sick over the entire white carpet and it looked like black tar and was horrible. They did an amazing job on the carpet! I for sure thought i was going to have to throw out our massive rug and was shocked with the results. It looks great!

Everyone was real professional and nice. My rug has not looked this well since I bought it. I always used a carpet cleaner every 3 months at least. The rug was like 50 lbs lighter. That's all the doggie dirt/sand. I'm very pleased with this company.

Hydro Clean exceeded my expectations in cleaning my area rugs for the holidays! They brightened up the colors and removed a few stubborn stains that I thought were hopeless. Pick up and delivery were on schedule and staff were courteous.

I wasn't sure which company I was going to pick because I was choosing between two. Legacy Rug won because of the customer service. When they picked up the rugs the customer service won again. When they bought back the rugs, OH MY!, the rugs were so vibrant and beautifully cleaned; AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WON AGAIN! Hands down I would recommend and I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR BUSINESS!
