True Ducts were at my house yesterday servicing HVAC and dryer vent. Eli and Kilule were thorough, professional and courteous. Eli explained everything as they went through the job. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Eli.

Eli was friendly, professional, and did a a great job. He showed me a photo of my vents and ducts that required a bit of service after several years. He also cleaned up and was very forthright about what needed to be done to clean my vents and ducts. I would certainly use True Ducts in the future for this type of thorough cleaning.

I recently had my ducts cleaned by True Ducts and I could not be more pleased with the service they provided. From initial inquiry, Travis truly listened to my concerns and offered full transparency of what he thought would be best even if the recommendation didn’t gain him my business. I appreciated that he was not simply trying to gain another client, but genuinely aiming to help.

That was only further displayed when I moved forward with the cleaning service by Eli! He was kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly; he truly went above and beyond! He pointed out a tear in my dryer duct and took his time to fix it for me! This was not required or a part of his scope of work so I greatly appreciated the act coupled with the actual cleaning services he provided. I highly recommend True Ducts, they are not only better than competitors in terms of pricing, as I did consider other vendors, but their familial business practice makes you feel like they not only care about you as the customer but also enjoy what they do.

I scheduled to have my vents cleaned. Eli and Ian kept me apprised of their arrival time. They looked over my furnace and in my returns and let me know that they were pretty clean. They checked my dryer vent and that was cleaned thoroughly. They then explained when my furnace would need to be cleaned and how it would look when it did. They saved me time and money. Will definitely be calling True ducts when I actually need my furnace cleaned!!

Very professional and friendly customer service from the phone call set up to the day of service. The service man Inri arrived, explained the process ,answered all questions politely and was thorough.
The job seemed to take 5 mins to complete, if that which I thought was a costly fee.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vendor. I hired them to clean my air ducts, and before they were able to start the technician stepped on insulation in the attic and fell through my ceiling creating a giant hole and mess throughout my home. Of course mistakes happen but the way it was handled was so disappointing. I was called by a manager to let me know someone would come fix it, but they never told me what they would cover or what to expect exactly. I asked for them to cover getting the insulation cleaned and the manager said probably but he couldn’t make that decision. I had to ask for contact information for the contractor coming to my house to fix the hole when they weren’t getting back to me about arrival time for him. They also weren’t following up about a cleaning. I asked the owner to call me which he refused to do and never did. I finally emailed him and he claimed the insulation was contained to the upstairs hallway so he wouldn’t cover a cleaning (it was all over the main and second floor). When the contractor found further damage to the baseboard I alerted the owner (via email) to ask him to fix it, and he insinuated I was lying and trying to get more work covered that wasn’t their responsibility. Even more insulting, as soon as my husband stepped in to email him, the owner was suddenly much kinder and contributed $150 to a cleaning. I have small children so insulation not properly cleaned isn’t safe. Fortunately we could stay with family. But we were out of our home for 5 days, paid for most of a professional cleaning, and we had dirtier air ducts than before. They never offered a discount on a future cleaning or anything. So we went with a different company who did a great job. Again, mistakes happen, but you want to know they will handle it kindly and responsibly when they do, not accuse you of lying, avoid communication, and do everything as cheaply as possible. Do NOT hire this company. I don’t trust them at all!

Overall, it was a great experience. I recently moved in to a house and wanted to get rid of the smell and dust from the previous owners. I heard about True Ducts on Thumbtack and after entering my info, I got a free estimate. Travis answered all of my questions and called to explain things in more detail. I had my HVAC ducts cleaned by Khalil, who did a great job.

Inri delivered great customer service and answered all my questions. True Ducts pricing is also good because unlike their competitors, they charge a flat fee for a deep cleaning. Everyone I spoke with were professional and personable. I would highly recommend this business. TJ

Danny from True Duct and his partner Josue did an excellent job with our duct work. The quality of their work was very well done, and they were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Khalil was our technician he was on time called ahead very professional very intelligent very articulate. He mentioned that he’s only been doing it for a year, but he moved with great confidence and experience. I usually like more seasoned people when it comes to my home, but this young man Checked every box, and the price was great. After it was over, we had a great conversation where he was looking for professional advice and I do not pet people on the back for doing good jobs. I want to dig deep and tell you how you can be better so I advise him to get a high-quality telephone because the pictures you take speak to the work you do. He was extremely receptive and respectful, so I will be calling them again

2nd year in a row I have used their service. Very professional and no nonsense with doing return vent cleaning in your entire house. No extra upcharges for vents above 10 vents like other companies do. Flat rate is appreciated. Last year they cleaned my dryer vent and did a great job getting all dust out even though my exit was under my deck. They will make the extra effort. I referred them to all of my neighbors. I wish all businesses would be as friendly, professional and reasonable about their charges. We all have to get these things done evry couple of years or so and hate the added expense but going with True Ducts is worth every cent and its reasonable.

I'm a first time homeowner and needed to get my DUCTS cleaned. I did alot of research with different companies before I chose True DUCTS and I'm glad I did. 10/10 service and I couldn't believe the before and after. Inri was my technician and he was very professional and did an amazing job. Definitely will recommend this company to my friends. Also the price was very reasonable compared to other companies who were trying to charge me $400+

We needed our dryer vents cleaned and the dryer used to be in the basement so the layout for the vent was a bit weird, but our technician Khalil was very thorough and made sure everything was cleared out. Khalil did a great job and the dryer is working much better, even faster than it used to. I definitely recommend them
