I came home to find my furnace not functioning in 20 degree weather. I called that afternoon and Kevin came out the same day. He was on time, courteous and friendly. Turns out it was a quick fix due to lack of maintenance. I will definitely be signing up for their maintenance plan.

Xavier HVAC is responsive and so reasonably priced! He saved day by saving us thousands of dollars by fixing our oil tank, instead of replacing it. The oil delivery company wanted 4k+ for a replacement tank, nevermind the $700 worth of oil we had just gotten delivered. Xavier changed a few parts, treated the oil and now were good to go. Thank you!

Update: Kevin came by for an AC issue today. Again, excellent service--professional and polite, made it here the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Also gave me a lot of good info for preventing issues in the future. I will definitely be calling Kevin again.

Kevin did an excellent job troubleshooting, going above and beyond the normal scope of work (he could have easily said that this was outside his area and charged me for the diagnosis) to find the problem, solve it, and then carefully explain it to me in detail. The price was very fair. Kevin also managed to make it to my house the same day I called during a snow storm in order to make sure I had heat during this cold snap. Would definitely recommend; will definitely call him again if I have any other issues.

Owner has amazing communication skills and is very knowledgeable in his field, he had me understanding what needed to be done and why and work was done RIGHT in a timely manner for an amazing price. She set reasonable expectations, reached out when a part delay was expected, and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. We had a warranty issue with our Hayward pool heater, and Kevin was very quick to come out at a convenient time for us, and he even had the part needed in his truck, so it was a quick, efficient repair. We are so happy with his service and for making it easy.

Kevin was very thorough in explaining what the issues were with the heater. Also noting that he detailed what was priority to fix now and what could be done later. This was very considerate because he thought of the financial aspect on how much the service could cost. Even going as far as itemizing all the things he did to give us a complete understanding of his services.

Kevin is my only "go to guy" when it comes to having efficiently working HVAC units! I have used Xzavier several times for both an oil burning unit and an all electric heat pump system! Was referred to Xzavier (spoke with Kevin) by a friend who used the company regularly. Came out to my house quickly, and gave an honest assessment of my situation. Was given options depending on services that could be provided and the expected results.

Entire unit needed to be replaced, was given a fair estimate and payment options. Came with a team of workers who were all friendly (my dog even liked them!) and job was done in time frame given.

Appreciate that could have been given a quick fix that would had me in same situation within a few months. My new go to first call.

Great company to work with. Fair pricing, excellent service, and they truly come across as trustworthy. Our HVAC system was old, and our furnace died the week before Thanksgiving. After meeting with several companies and getting estimates, we chose them just four days before the holiday. I asked Kevin if there was any chance they could install at least the furnace since we were hosting family, and he made it happen. They got the furnace installed in time and finished the rest of the work the following week.

His team did a great job and, more importantly, was respectful throughout the entire process. As homeowners, it’s stressful having to call service companies for major, expensive work—you want people who are dependable and professional. They met all the criteria, and I would highly recommend them.
