Excellent Service! Called this morning for a "no heat call" the tech showed up diagnosed the issue and had our heat up in running in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company for their service!

They came out within 2 hours of my initial call. Quickly diagnosed the issue. Technician did not have the part on his truck but another truck in the area had one and brought it over. Fixed and verified operation.

Bay Area recently fixed our heat. We had extremely high utility bills and Bay Area was able to decrease them dramatically by identifying our issue and correcting it. I would recommend Bay Area to all my family and friends. They were very prompt and had reasonable pricing.

Bay Area did a fabulous job installing my new furnace and AC. The techs worked very professionally ,expeditiously and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend using them.

Bay Area Mechanical is not worth spending the money to do business with. I had a heating issue during from (10 degree weeks in MD)and they came to my home 3 times for the same issue and never resolved the problem. Then they charged me over $350 dollars for visits. On the final visit they charged my credit card without my authorization and the issue was still not resolved, heat went out again. I called another company and they came (1 time) and told me the problem with the induction fan, charged me $450 (equipment and labor) and then subtracted the visit cost of $69.

Do not waste your money with this company.

Needed a new hvac installed. They were early, and finished the job before the quoted time. Even without arriving early they would have been done well before the time I was expecting. Professional and courteous, absolutely recommend.
