From the start Sierra *sp* was very responsive and professional, she kept us updated with everything that crossed our paths. Tyler came out and gave us a quote and was very honest, we did a couple other quotes from other places and Tyler was right they were a couple grand higher then the price he gave us. After a month of no and a heatwave ( our own insurance issues) his team came out and installed our units and we couldn’t be more pleased. Tyler’s team was on time and very efficient. They cleaned up their mess and then showed us how to use our new thermostat and they were on their way. I will definitely be recommending Tack Mechanical to anyone that has HVAC needs.

The service from Tack Mechanical is absolutely fantastic. Everything was on time and efficient, and Tyler the owner even managed to juice the airflow from my new HVAC by redesigning the shape of the ductwork. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We signed up for a maintenance plan for our mini-split A/C units, and Tyler did a thorough job cleaning them. He also checked for any issues, made helpful suggestions on how to run them more efficiently, and even fixed a small leak at no extra charge.

After a warm afternoon, the team arrived promptly and thoroughly checked our A/C system. Their attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly. Friendly and professional, they answered all our questions, leaving us confident in our cool, comfortable home environment.

Editing to adjust. While the installation process was amazing and I loved my team, I have now had the chance to deal with appointment scheduling and cancelations and that was not great. You cannot speak to a human. An AI answers the line and no matter how you word it, it will not connect you to a human. It also doesnt process cancelation requests. So i had to put a message in for a representative to cancel my appointment, it didnt and tech is still en route. I tried calling the office and expressing the urgency that I need to speak to a person in order to make sure the appointment gets canceled but of course its AI so it did what it was programmed to do and took a message. Very inconvenient to have absolutely no way to actually speak to someone. With the level of service I received on installation, I expected that to continue with the maintenance and future dealings but you cant really do that when dealing with an AI designed to keep your call from getting to a human. So beware of this. Its not right to pay to tens of thousands of dollars on a unit and then have no way to talk to someone when an issue arises.

I cannot speak highly enough about this entire team. From the moment the owner, Ryan, and his sales guy Steve stepped foot on my property they were informative and helpful! Steve was incredibly personable and went out of his way to be kind, even going as far as yo make sure my dog (whos name he remembered as well!) was okay when there was a lot of noise. When the tech, Chris, showed up he was equally as amazing and incredibly polite. He was thorough and made sure i knew how to use my new system. He was diligent and made sure to cover his boots when in the house. He worked incredibly fast as well! As I said, I cant say enough good things about them. Check them out! I promise you will not be disappointed

Thanks Josh! He fixed our AC very quickly and went over 3 possible repairs before we paid anything. We happily paid the recommended middle one which was affordable but a long-lasting repair. Their admin team was very easy to communicate with as well.
