I had my oil furnace serviced. It ended up twice as much as originally quoted. Now my house reeks of oil fumes. My windows are open and it’s 37 degrees outside. I mopped the floor 4 times to clean up. My tub shows the filth. We had to leave the stench and went out for dinner but it was still obnoxious when we came back. The service man was very nice but inexperienced. His first day out he did not bring the proper equipment. The second day he had to make a trip for more parts. He did not know how to turn off the oil flow so he had it poor into a 5 gallon bucket while he worked. He also walked on our carpet with dirty boots. Nothing Amazing about this company!
To follow up on my comments above. The company reached out to me in order to resolve my complaints. A different technician Zak came out and performed additional work. The company comprised on the price and offered me a great price. The workmanship was superior and did an exceptional job of cleaning up.
Weeks later I was concerned about a small issue and Zak came out the same day to make some adjustments. No charge, just good customer service.

Our entire experience with Amazing, from start to finish, was 5 star, From Greg to Mark to Austin and Maddy every phase of the operation was easy and 100% professional. A special shoutout to the the team that performed the installation of our new AC unit. Austin is simply the best and deserves special recognition. He and Maddy completed the job quickly and effortlessly while keeping me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t be more pleased and I am delighted to highly recommend Amazing to all.

I would personally stay away from this company. Greg is a smooth talker, but rest assured you will get ripped off. I contracted with them to install a three head minisplit system in my house. When time came to install, they left me no choice but to accept a different unit than the one they quoted because that was the one they had onsite and ready to install. I would definitely consider your other options before choosing to contract with Amazing Plumbing, Heating & Air.

We had a great experience and would highly recommend! We had to have our HVAC replaced and this was the most seamless and efficient process. They had someone come out immediately and it was completely installed in 1 day! We had service, sales and installers come out within a day of each other. Andre, Zach, Greg, Mike & Chad were all very knowledgeable and helpful.

Alex B and Zach came to the rescue today when we lost our heat- 60 degrees inside at 1am! They were fantastic and professional representatives of the company. Polite, informative and even had to drive to get a motor replacement so we could be warm tonight! Wonderful operators too. Great service, the commercial I hear everyday on my way to work is true- AMAZING! Happy New year - recommend the company highly!

Jeff was very polite and professional. He arrived exactly the time he was scheduled. He preformed his job in the harshest conditions the outside temp. Was 15°,but he was very friendly & spent a long time answering my guestions. I was very impressed with his knowledge & professionalism.
The only reguest I have for your company is being able to have a smaller time like 4 hours for the window of the arrivals !! But I am very happy with my new system & your company. Had a fantastic experience with Joe Jackson for installing a new water heater. Our consultation was scheduled at a time convenient for me. Received promised text with picture ahead of time. Really liked that security feature. Price was reasonable. Scheduling installation was again great as he could work around my scheduling needs. Arrived 5 minutes early. Explained job. Explained features. Was neat and tidy. He had a 2nd person help, Dan, who was also delightful. Overall, extremely pleased with entire experience.

Andre was over the top impressive, professional and diligent. He took his time to work the problem not just diagnose a quick fix.
I called amazing for a second opinion from a service call from blue dot. The previous repair diagnostics was over $2500 dollars, stating I needed a new mother board. Just labor. Amazing and their technician Andre charged us $300 dollars total no new part just increased fan speed as my unit was overheating. He took the time to really look over my whole system, in and out. I am a general contractor in construction and have never been so impressed with company before as I am with Amazing and their technician Andre. Thank you so very much!

From the moment the technician arrived, I could tell I was in good hands. He showed real respect for my home—put on boot covers, brought his own chair, and was careful with my furniture and floors. He was exceptionally polite, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit.
He took time to explain everything in detail and didn’t rush through a single thing. He even offered to speak directly with our apartment maintenance team since our HVAC system is really old and hasn’t been replaced yet due to budget constraints. Despite that, he made sure it was running at peak performance for its age and gave me great tips to keep it that way.
You can tell this company truly lives up to its name—Amazing. Their owner says he has “the best people,” and after this experience, I completely agree. I’ll definitely be using them again for all my heating and cooling needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, caring, and top-notch service.

So far, so good. I decided on Amazing to handle my HVAC needs based on their commercials. I'm hoping for truth in advertising; the owner sounds kind and genuine in the radio ads. The technician that came by (Ben) was wonderful. He identified some potential concerns, but did not do a hard sell. It was a genuine conversation rather than a push to spend money.
I look forward to a comfortable working relationship with Amazing. But, no offense, I hope I don't see you guys too often ;)

The Amazing team was absolutely Amazing to work with! Brett was our salesperson & was a pleasure to work with, explained everything the crew would do when replacing our 43 year old boiler & wasn’t pushy to make us upgrade or anything.

Day-of installation Michael, Devin & Joey were great! Arrived on time, were respectful of our home, and made the entire process painless from start to finish. Explained the entire new system to us, pointed out all the things we as homeowners need to know. Bonus they got us on the schedule & all situated right before the impending winter storm! We appreciate the Amazing team & will be recommending them to anyone we know that’ll need HVAC services!

Water Heater replacement. On a very cold Sunday our old water heater started leaking into the hallway and living area. We called Amazing and they sent a guy out immediately and we had a new water heater and water within a few hours. Tech was great, personable and the price was very reasonable and he also set up a restoration company to come out and look at things. Very pleased with the service and will use them again. Thanks for coming out on a Sunday!

This man is only making big moves, and he's honest and he will make sure you are done right the amazing way. From the beginning to the end, Amazing did a great job! They showed up when they said they would, they did the job that we requested which in our case was to install 4 ductless AC/heat systems into our very old house. For years we have relied on window units to cool our home. Now, with a touch of a button, we have instant QUIET AC!

Greg, Tony and Zachary were great. Tony was able to diagnose the issue and provide a prospective repair solution and Greg did a great job giving us a plan for a possible replacement so we could weigh all the options. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. Zachary was able to remove and replace our HVAC system in what must have been record time. Amazing was amazing to get our heat back even with the holidays.

Very happy with Amazing. This is the second time we've called on them. Our technician for this visit, Tony, was a pleasure. He documented the issues with our (senior) furnace thoroughly, tested, repaired, and tested again. We will continue to use Amazing for our HVAC needs!

I called Amazing for a second opinion on my HVAC after another (much larger, multi-state) company told me that our heat exchanger was cracked and that we needed a new HVAC system (and shut ours down so we couldn’t use it). Amazing sent Tony C within hours, before the company could get their sales rep out here to give us a quote on a new system. Tony saved us tens of thousands of dollars because he was able to determine that our system’s heat exchanger is fine! He was fine with me hanging out and happily answered my questions. He was able to explain all of the steps he took to verify that my system is working and that there is no evidence of an issue with the heat exchanger. He even looked at the images from the other company and showed me how he could tell they were not from our system!

The 99 dollars I just paid for Amazing to run diagnostics is some of the best money I have ever spent, and we will be calling Amazing (and requesting Tony!) for our future needs!

Amazing HVAC was incredible. They completed a warranty compressor replacement on my Trane condenser. Derrick was very professional and polite. He was not only the original diagnoser of the problem, but he also was the tech who did the compressor. The job was not passed to another tech which made me much more comfortable knowing that he knew what was going on. I have had service from BGE Home now Constellation Home and Derrick blew away the techs from my previous provider. I cannot say enough good things about Amazing HVAC and Derrick. Even signed up for the comfort club because I felt that this company will be the one to take care of me and my needs for the future.

I just met with an HVAC technician for a quote to replace our heat pump and air handler, and the experience was excellent. Brett Schafer arrived right on time, asked all the right questions to understand our needs, and provided two clear, well-thought-out recommendations for replacing our system.

There were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. He explained everything clearly and left the quotes and terms with us so we could take our time and make an informed decision. It was refreshing to work with someone so professional, respectful, and customer-focused.

I truly wish all sales technicians for home repairs were like this. Highly recommend.
