Chris was great. I was curious about what he does in an inspection and he happily walked me through it. Having someone you can trust to not b.s you and give honest advice is HUGE. Definitely got that from Chris. I had a tune up done just to make sure everything was tip top and he was very thorough and open with his advice without being pushy. 5 star 100%

I'm reserving a final review until I'm certain all is well. I had a new system installed and there was an issue that took some time to resolve. An honest error, or perhaps a part issue, but it was a lingering problem. The good news is that this company never ghosted me, stood behind their work, and everyone has been extremely good to work with. I hate to say that's rare these days, but it can be, and they certainly stood above the rest. A little frustrating it took four visits to resolve the problem, but they certainly try. I'll add I've used this company several times with good results with other equipment, so if this repair solves the issue they will earn that fifth star!

Jamal and his team worked through some challenging weather conditions but persevered and did an excellent job on the installation of my HVAC system. Things got messy but all was cleaned up and left in good order. Jamal took the time to explain the features of the new system including how to set up the phone related app for remote control. The team worked quickly and professionally.

Brendan was, as expected, amazing. He explained what was happening, what needed to be done, and what to expect. Very knowledgeable and professional.

What I thought was a worst case scenario just before the holidays ended up be a much less expensive service call to get my 25 yo oil furnace through at least the season. I honestly expected a "That system is to old you need to replace it.' scenario but I didn't.

I did request an estimate for replacement for when it does go to the furnace after life though.

This was our first interaction with A.P. & H. We have a very old boiler and asked for an experienced tech to evaluate the system. Our tech, Antwarren Snell, gave me extreme confidence that he understood the workings of this more than 70 year boiler. He tested the systems efficiency and showed us the results which indicated the system was still properly working at a high level.
My experience with Amazing Plumbing & Heating could not have been any better.
