This is my first ever google review, but Allan at Paramount HVAC is fantastic! (in Baltimore) He knows he stuff, is reasonably priced, and doesn't try to sell things I don't need. As a single female in my first home, I have had plenty of technicians try to sell me extras, but Allan doesn't. A different company told me I needed a new unit ($5000+) and Allan came and told me the unit needed a thorough cleaning and to redo the filter (several hundred dollars) and I'd be good to go. I really appreciate good, honest service people, and used online reviews to avoid certain companies, so I wanted to make sure to post about a good company.

Alan and Tyler are amazing! Friendly and professional. I always feel like I’m working with family. Sad I’m moving away as I’ve loved being their customer.

I have been using this company for years when needed and they are always prompt in responding and come out to your home as quick as possible. That and they repair your issue and are reasonably priced. They will always be my go to if I ever need any additional work done in the future!

I use this for my residence and munition home which I had to rent. Great, professional team that maintains on time so systems don’t go down. The service contract works for peace of mind. If there is ever an issue they respond quickly! No bureaucracy!

Our HVAC system stopped working the night of New Year’s Eve. Based on a recommendation I contacted Allen with Paramount on New Year’s morning at 9:00 and he was at my home by noon and diagnosed the problem. I was very happy with his knowledge and the very reasonable price I paid for the repair.

Alan was prompt and thorough in his inspection of my furnace. Great communication. Def recommend!

My husband and I have used Paramount Heating a few times before. The man that came out was very nice and told us what was wrong, what was needed, and why. He didn't mind answering questions and wasn't pushy about getting what was wrong fixed. He did a great job!!! I just used him for my dad's house when the furnace wouldn't turn on. They were very busy but were able to fit my dad in because he is 91 years old and his heat would not come on. This isn't something many companies will do! Super job, as usual ☺️. Both Alan & Tyler were responsive, informative, and professional. Very much appreciate the fast service and thoroughly explaining the issues with our old 26 year old unit. They replaced the furnace in about 3 hours flat.

I get preseason checkups for the AC unit. It sets me up for the season and if there are any problems, I call Alan and he comes and takes care of anything that needs to be done. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone.

An air handler malfunctioned on a Saturday of a hot and humid Baltimore summer. After a desperate call to Paramount, the problem was diagnosed and the part ordered the next day. By Monday noon all was repaired and the system back up to full cooling. Thanks to Paramount for their quick response and technical expertise.

They installed a great working ductless HVAC system for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. Their communication style could use some work. I was confused about the schedule and had to take off work 4 different times for what I was told was a 1 day job. But they worked hard and did not charge me any extra.

Alan provided Fabulous Customer Service and within hours of my initial call I had AC! He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix it right away. He was up front and honest and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I would most definitely recommend them and I will use them for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

Called on Saturday to report issue. Informed me of weekend rate vs weekday which I found very honorable. Elected to do Monday. Scheduled for 2-6pm window but asked Allan to come earlier if her could. He was able to and did. He told me what was wrong very quickly and scheduled next day install. Very friendly and professional. Better response than blue dot, whom I called initially. We routinely use Paramount for Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance. We scheduled an appointment for a Thursday because we hade problems with out furnace coming on. Well long story short we needed a new furnace. It is now Friday at 3:30 pm and the furnace has already been replaced. The A/C unit will be put in next week, but they made sure we had heat right away. Alan at Paramount is the absolute best! He is honest and reliable. This company has always been fair and responsive. Highly recomend

I have a heating system that is 30 years old. This company has really helped me out more than a few times. I plan on purchasing a new unit this year with them. I have always been impressed with how quickly they respond to any issue I have had. I have had Alan come over and do repairs he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.

We hired Paramount Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our entire HVAC system, which was very outdated. Not only was the work done flawlessly, but the whole experience was an absolute pleasure, from start to finish.

During the estimate phase, Allan carefully considered the size and nature of our house before selecting the models that would be best suited to our needs. He was always easy to reach, and happy to answer all my questions. He helped us choose the equipment that would offer the best balance of affordability, effectiveness, and efficiency.

On the day of installation, Allan and his sons Tyler and Levi did a masterful job replacing our gas furnace and outside unit, and connecting our new smart thermostat. They worked together so smoothly, all of them friendly and courteous. And we could tell they genuinely wanted the new system to be configured perfectly, including some necessary modifications to our ductwork to make everything flow even better. It took just a day and a half, and now we are so happy to have a high-quality, modern HVAC system, with dual fuel and two-stage heating and cooling. It is so quiet in operation, and the air feels much cleaner and more comfortable.

All around, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. By far the best HVAC company we’ve ever worked with!
