Stephen came to repair our lack of heat. He did a thorough job and also checked our air conditioning per our 1 Hour maintenance agreement. We are very pleased!

Stephen Scott of One Hour Air Conditioning did a great job. He arrived on time, after calling to about half an hour before to confirm. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property.

Stephen was VERY THOROUGH inspecting our Heat Pump system. Checked many of the settings including some initial ones that the original contractor missed. Any, and I mean ANY questions I had he spent time clearing my mind of mis-conceptions as I usually want to know why something is doing whatever. I was very impressed and will hope he visits on the next checkup.

Stephen was amazing, not only was he knowledgeable and transparent. He took his time to explain exactly what the problems were and how we could address them. He then allowed me to know exactly what he was doing to counteract these issues. I loved having him service my home and although I am hopeful I won’t need any emergency services in the near future if I do I hope that Stephen is the one to come out. Again an amazing worker and even a more amazing individual 10/10.

Stephen Scott is the essence of professionalism. Very knowledgeable, works hard, takes time to work with and make explanations to the customer, and was excellent in finding issues and correcting them. This guy never quits. He perseveres until he identifies the problem and not only fixes it, he makes the situation better.

Steve was here on time and immediately got my A/C working and then did his analytics and made some adjustments and the AC is working great now. He explained stuff and stuck with my budget and recorded some things to check in the future. Awesome job Steve!

Stephen Scott was our technician today. I was very frustrated with my experience from the day before cause we still had the same problem after the tech left. Stephen was very knowledgeable on what the problem was and was able to correct it. He took the time to explain and restored my faith in the company. Stephen Scott performed our AC inspection this morning and we were very pleased with the experience! He was professional, friendly, and thorough and explained things really well! Would definitely like to have him back for our next inspection.

Tyler was courteous and polite. He explained everything clearly and showed pictures of what he was talking about.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I had not one but TWO no-show appointments by them. Wasted my time when I could have found someone else. Then they had the nerve to tell me that it was our fault!

Rude customer service, did not show up to two service calls - don’t even bother!!

The crew did a fantastic job of taking out the old unit and installing the new unit with the utmost care. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.

Stephen was our tech. I can’t say enough good about the man. He was so respectful of our home, he was honest and forthright, and displayed hallmark characteristics of being an all around excellent human being. If he is indicative of how their company atmosphere is, then 5 stars across the board!

Stephen has been the best by far. So personal and pays attention to details. I requested him on this recent checkup. I will request him again for my Winter check up later in the fall early winter.
